Shoot. I have been waiting for this opportunity!
I have been with the company for over a year now and I have strived so hard for excellent performance at my job, hoping that one day, this will come. And it finally did. My nerves were pulsing. In truth, I was losing hope that Dana would one day ask me to do anything that would single me out from the list of men that she has jurisdiction over.
My face remained calm. There is no way that I will let my emotions or my excitement over the prospect of this new development in my career overpower my calm. The woman was big on dedication and sheer perfection and that is what I intend to give her.
