I felt a new power course through me, so I allowed it to control me. I am glad that I trusted it because it looks like Mara will find a mate. Based on her surprised expression, Ravens aren't born but created, so they don't ever have a mate. I don't understand how this is possible, but then again, I don't understand how anything in my life is possible. I have multiple mates, a unique dragon, performed magic when I summoned a mirror, and I just killed Heidi. I wonder if I will ever understand.
After summoning their coins from Jessica and Lenore, Samael and Donn both approached me. “They each made a wish, but those wishes are quite similar, so you might want to toss both coins into the fountain,” Donn says.
