I must’ve dozed off at some point. When I woke up, I saw Jordan was still sleeping. Quietly I checked my phone 4:30 am, it read. I texted my boss, letting her know I wasn’t going to be in today, due to lack of sleep and today's spontaneous move. She's pretty understanding. After I sent out the text message, I got up out of bed, and headed straight to the bathroom. I turned the shower on, and undressed. I put my dirty clothes in the laundry basket, pulled open the curtain and stepped into the piping hot water. Humming some tunes as I washed my hair and body. I rinsed myself off, then shut the water off, before stepping out and wrapping my hair and body with two separate towels.
