Saavi spent the entire night in the lab. She didn't withdraw her name. Instead, she opened her laptop and began to code. If Min-Ji wanted to play with digital evidence, Saavi would show her who the real master of the digital world was.

The next day, Min-Ji cornered Saavi in the cafeteria. "The deadline for the Research Grant withdrawal is in one hour, Saavi. Did you do it, or should I press 'upload' on these photos?"
Saavi didn't look up from her tablet. She calmly took a sip of her tea. "Go ahead, Min-Ji. Upload them. But before you do, check your own phone's gallery."
Min-Ji frowned and opened her phone. Her eyes widened. The photos of Saavi getting out of the car were gone. In their place was a single image of a "System Error" icon and a message:
"Illegal surveillance is a violation of the SNU Privacy Code. Your IP address has been logged and sent to the Dean’s security server. Have a nice day."
"You... you hacked me?!" Min-Ji hissed, her face turning pale.
"I didn't hack you," Saavi said, standing up. "I simply triggered an auto-delete script on any unauthorized metadata involving my likeness. You tried to use my life to destroy his career. Don't ever underestimate the girl who built the 'Melodic Code.'"
The Message of Strength
That evening, Saavi didn't tell Jungkook about the threat. She didn't want him to carry her burdens. Instead, she sent him a simple, short message:
"Senior, I just cleared a major bug in my system. The path is clear. Focus on your performance. I’ll be there in the crowd, even if you can't see me."
The Grand Finale: Promises in the Spotlight

The distance was hard. Jungkook was now a rising star, and Saavi was a 2nd-year topper. They communicated through short, late-night texts. The SNU Annual Fest arrived, and Saavi’s AI project—'The Melodic Code' (which converted heartbeats into music)—was a finalist.
Jungkook had told her he couldn't make it due to a shoot. But as Saavi stood on stage, Min-Ji made one last desperate move, cutting the wires to the sound system. The screen flickered; the audience groaned. Saavi felt her heart sink.
Suddenly, the lights went black. A familiar, magical voice echoed through the auditorium.
"Don't be afraid, Saavi. I'm here."
A spotlight hit the center of the stage, revealing Jungkook in a sharp white suit. The crowd erupted: "JUNGKOOK! BTS!"
"I lost a bet," Jungkook said into the mic, looking only at Saavi. "I promised to sing for the girl who beat me at gaming. This is for you."
He began to sing "Stay with My Code," a song he wrote about their journey. He walked to her, took her hand, and pulled her into the light.
"Your logic holds my music... though we are miles apart, every breath I take is synced with your name."
In the wings, Min-Ji watched in silent defeat. Jungkook had just claimed Saavi as his 'Muse' in front of the entire world.
Later that night, hidden by a mask and cap, Jungkook walked with Saavi through the college gardens.
"You said you weren't coming," Saavi whispered, her hand in his.
"I could never miss my AI Queen’s big moment," he said, kissing her forehead. "The training is hard, but because of you, I level-up every single day."
As they looked toward the horizon of 2021, they knew the game was just beginning.
