  Epilogue BISHOP Hands close over my throat in my sleep. The pressure, crushing down over my esophagus, wakes me up. Ghostly fingers attached to a shadowy figure clamp down around my throat, squeezing harder than anything I’ve ever felt. I can’t breathe. The crushing weight of the hold eliminates oxygen like the closing of a bottleneck. I gasp for air, lashing out as the burning pain in my shoulder and chest flames to blazing levels.
