CHAPTER FOUR

AMORA IS SIXTEEN HERE

VINCENT IS TWENTY FOUR HERE

I was in Vincent house and I was planning on asking and pleading for him to permit me to go out for a little while

I know I am nothing but a wife to him but I just want to be busy

I just want a little bit of freedom

Vincent is not a fan of dates , he believes there is no need since I belong to him

I just want to experience a breath of fresh air aside from my home and his house

I am making lunch for him when he walks into the kitchen , I immediately drop my head down so it does not seem I am disrespecting him

I continue with what I am cooking but tense immediately he comes closer

I know there is nothing I can do if Vincent decides to touch me now and here , I just hope he doesn't

I immediately try hard to relax my body because I know Vincent hates it when I become tense around it though I can not help it because I am scared of him , I try hard to erase the memories of the Times he has dealt with me simply because I had a reaction i could not help to have due to fear

Vincent touches my neck and wraps his hands around my throat and I immediately force myself to relax

I keep still as if he is not choking me

He frees my throat and ask me when lunch will be ready which I reply in 30 minutes time and he walks out

I immediately continue with what I am doing as if what happened minutes ago meant nothing because I have learnt to shut my emotions out or risk more beatings

I serve Vincent his lunch and immediately kneel by his side

Vincent believes I am below him and do not even deserve the right to stand at his side

I just kneel and eat what he serves me

After dinner Vincent gives me a heart shattering news
