BEING PART OF THE REX FAMILY

~TWO DAYS LATER~

I looked at the mirror after I was done getting dressed

"always stunning"I said to myself and chuckled,I was finally looking like the Alex everyone knew.I took a lollipop from my cupboard filled with lollipops and unwrapped it before sticking it into my mouth,I really don't know what happened to me after the accident but I suddenly grew to love and crave lollipops so I filled it in my room cupboard in other for me not to lack it.

I enjoyed the taste from the strawberry lollipop as I went down the stairs into the sitting room,strawberry lollipops suddenly became my favorite that I could hardly lick a different flavor,on getting to the sitting room,I found no one there so I went to dinning and surprisedly I saw my brother mom told me of,he had been avoiding to meet me since I arrived in the house and who knows we would have met today

"I never knew I would be seeing a brother instead of a sister"he said looking at me with a cold expression on his face

"how could some one be so good looking"i said to myself as I stared at my so called brother,I really don't understand what was going on with me,no guy has ever made me this breathless,I had never had a slight feeling for any guy before but why him

"why did he have to be this handsome"I taught as I kept looking at his well defined face

"who is this"mum suddenly said bringing me out of my lustful gaze

"don't tell me it's what am thinking, Cassie I taught we agreed on something"she said walking closer to me

"mum,I can't be Cassie you would get use to me being Alex"I blurted out

"you really met my expectations"my bro said and took a sip from his coffee before mum dragged me upstairs to my room

"don't you get it that if you keep pretending to be the boy you aren't, things would get out of hand"mum said to me with a serious face

"how"I asked her suddenly becoming confused

"I have always wanted a girl child and when I found out you were a girl I was really happy,I really don't know why you disguise your self as a boy,I mean, I know there must be a reason but please try to understand me and make me happy,I need to see Cassie and not Alex, please"mum said with a straight face

"okay"I said in agreement said not because of what she said but because I taught of it,it would be easier to find out who caused the accident by being Cassie

"thanks dear,okay,change and come downstairs, please dispose of these stuffs you are putting on"she said touching my chest

"mum!!!!"I screamed

"sorry, I'm just excited"she said and left my room

"I guess nothing good comes easy"I said looking at myself in the mirror,I removed the shirt I was putting on reviewing the chest like pad that felt so real,no one would know it was fake unless they sees it.

After unwrapped the bandages from my chest,i found it so uncomfortable to put on a bra so I just wore a big shirt with my usual baggie pants,I can't put on those feminine clothes,I don't think I would be able to breathe wearing them.I took a lollipop and unwrapped it before sticking it in my mouth,I wore my fancy flip flop before heading to the dining room.

"Gush, this now"my bro said as I entered the dining room

"Aldin try to be nice to your sister"mum said to him with a straight face

"ooh that's his name"I said to myself

"you mean a tomboy,mum can't you see how she walks,dress and talks, it's obvious she can't change so stop forcing it on her, can't you see,she didn't even put on a upper undie"Aldin said and sat on a dining chair

"we were waiting for you, come let's eat"mum said and I walked over to where she was and sat next to her directly opposite Aldin

"why didn't you put on your upper undie"mum asked after putting some sandwiches on her plate

"they aren't comfortable"I said not attempting to eat

"don't worry I would get something better for you"mum said to me with a smile

"won't you eat"Aldin finally said to me

"not until am done licking my lollipops"I said to him

"how many do you have with you"mum said me with a frown on her face

"three"I said and mum quickly removed the sweet from my mouth and threw it into the waste bin

"you can eat now"mum said while I looked at her with a frown

"mum"I called after taking a bite from my sandwich

"can I attend SMITH INSTITUTION"I asked not wanting to tell her that it was because of the school I had the accident

"sure, it's the same school Aldin is attending"mum said taking a sip from her coffee

"mom can't you have a discussion with her without involving me"Aldin said with a look of disgust

"Aldin!!'mum called

"stone heart"I said and mum chuckled while Aldin glared at me

"I would take care of everything,Aldin you would take you to school on Monday"mum said with a smile and the rest of the meal was eaten in silence.
