A DAY IN SMITH INSTITUTION

"seriously"I said with my eyes wide

"can't you knock"Xavier said fixing his belt well and the girl on top of his desk came down with a look of dissatisfaction and adjusted her mini skirt

"get a room"I said to them as Xavier gave me a hard stare

"leave"Xavier said to the girl and she obediently left not without throwing dagger's at me with her eyes

"Alexander Blake"I said and he took his phone and scrolled on it for some time before looking at me

"you can attend lectures, everything has been sorted out before you came"he said and gave me a card

"that's your dormitory number"he said with a cold voice

I guess my dad must have put in enough money to send me to this school,I stood up and walked out of the office.

finding the lecture hall wasn't hard as I taught,it was really easy with the help of some girls who won't stop throwing them selves at me, when I got to the lecture hall,the lecturer was almost done with lecturing the students,he only let me in because it was my first time in his class and he warned me not to repeat it again.

immediately the lecture left the class I arranged my books into my bag and hanged it on my left shoulder.

I stood up and left the lecture hall,I was so tired and decided to get to my dormitory so I could have a short nap, just then I accidentally bumped into a guy

"so sorry"I said hurriedly

"Hi,am Shadrach"he said with a smile and extended his hand for a shake

"am Alex"I said shaking him

"can we be friends"he asked out of the blue

"sure"I said not having any option

"I'm heading to the cafe to grab a coffee mind joining me"he said and I suddenly started craving for coffee

"sure"I said and we both headed to the cafe

"over here"a guy said waving at Shadrach causing students attention to be on us

"wow,who is he"

"I haven't seen him around, seems like he is new"

"he is hot like Xavier"

"Xavier is hotter"

I got fed up by the whisper and was about putting on my headphone just when I remembered I was with Shadrach and I let out a soft sigh

"you also get girls attention"Shadrach said to me as we start down

"Guys meet Alex"Shadrach said to the boys,they were three including Shadrach and I made them four,they look like tight friends a lot

"am Noah"the guy who waved at us as we entered the cafe said a gave Shadrach a cup of hot coffee

"thanks man"Shadrach said

"what would you like to have"Shadrach asked me

"a cup of hot chocolate coffee"I said licking my lips,Shadrach chuckled and stood up before heading to the counter

"what is your name"I asked the guy who has been silent since sipping from his coffee

"Deli"he said

"okay"I said,it seems like he is a guy of few words then I probably not intrude into his personal space

"second year"I said

"you still have a long stay in this school"Noah said sipping from his coffee

"what of you"I asked him

"we all are in our last year"Deli finally spoke

"why come here second year, what happened to your former institution"Noah asked

"my dad was not ready to let me go so he made me do home schooling"I said

"only child"Noah asked

"no"I said and Shadrach handed over my cup of hot chocolate coffee to me

"getting along in my absence is prohibited"he said with a frown

"are we supposed to wait for you to arrive"Noah asked

"seriously"he said still frowning

"my favorite"I said taking a sip from my hot chocolate coffee trying to end the tension that was about building up

just when my phone rang and I picked it

"hello"

"I just found out that your dad didn't print out the documents you will need before sitting for any exam in this school"

"how did you get my number"I asked knowing fully well who the person was

"so dumb, you would go to pick up the documents in there days time,I have already sent the soft copy to them"he said and hang up

"heyyy,am not dumb"I shouted in anger wondering why a person could be so rude

"who was that"Shadrach asked

"Xavier"I said to him

"what happened"Noah asked

"he wants me to go and get my documents that I would use so I could be able to sit for any exams"I said letting out a sigh

"the school is supposed to do that, did you get on his bad side"Shadrach asked,I suddenly remembered how I went into his office with out knocking and I roughed my hair

"something really happened"Noah said looking at me

"I saw him making out with a girl"I said in a low this

"really bad"Noah said before taking his last sip of his coffee

~THE Next DAY~

Classes was over for the day,I rushed to the cafe since the boys agreed to take me to their hang out after taking coffee and spend some time there together before I would go to pick up my documents tomorrow morning.i increased my pace while walking because the boys made me promise them to get there on time,all of a sudden,three girls walked to me and stood in my front.

"you don't need to remind me how breathtaking I look,I really don't have much time so can you excuse me"I said in a hurry and they chuckled

"what is funny"I asked and the girl in the middle came close to me and use her hand in caressing my face

"you must really think high of yourself, any way I just want you to stop dragging attention with my boyfriend"she said

"I don't understand"I said to her wondering what she was talking about

"before you came my boyfriend got enough attention from the girls but as you showed up girls started being all over you"she said looking into my eyes

"who is your boyfriend if I may asked"I said to her

"who else, if not Xavier"one of her girls said

"you should be happy that he I would make him focus on you"I said and smirked

"I want all attention on him don't you get it"she said with anger

"my bad, you have started seeing me attractive and is afraid of loosing him because of him wealth but sorry to bust your bubble you are not my type and watch your boyfriend closely because I saw another girl doing your work"I said to her and left

"I hate him,he has so much nerves"she said in frustration while I chuckled on hearing it.
