Miranda's p.o.v

Ever since the whole incident, i started indulging myself into some acts that i wasn't proud. I was glad i wasn't committing suicide like other people in my shoes would have done. I am not saying this is better but it takes my mind off the whole thing for a while which is what i needed.

I haven't seen Charlotte for a while now and truth be told, I miss her. I know all this that happened to her wasn't her fault but it just hurts so much.

I took the bottle of vodka in front of me as i gulped it all in one go. "I feel horny too. I need someone who will...". I couldn't see clearly the number i dialed then i heard a voice, a female voice and i knew it was Chelsea i had called by mistake. As if knowing i was about hanging up on her, she spoke up. "Miranda, please don't hang up on me. I know you hate me right now and you don't want to see me which is understandable but please give me a chance to apologize". Chelsea said as she paused expecting a response from me.

I don't know why but i wanted her, not because i have forgiven but because of the mood i am in. "Come over to the house and say it to me in my face". And with that i hung up the call. I could feel my heart racing and my body tingling. I grabbed another bottle of vodka as i used it to pass time before she arrives.

Evan's p.o.v

"Do you think he went over to see his girlfriend?". Michael asked as i took the pillow next to me and hit it on him.

"Girlfriend my foot. He's probably caught up with something else that doesn't involve girls".

Michael nodded sarcastically.

A knock was heard on the door. "That should be him". I said. Michael quickly rushed to open the door and right there was our cousin-Alex.

"Alex". Michael called giving him a hug.

"let me go! you're choking the air out of my lungs". Alex told Michael who hugged him tighter.

I quickly went to his rescue pulling Michael away from him. "Gee! thanks man". he said as we hugged while Michael took his luggages to his room. "How's life with you? the ministry?". Alex asked as we sat down next to each other.

What was i supposed to tell him?. "Honestly, i don't know where to start from".

Alex gave me a confused look. "How do you mean?".

"A lot of shits happened Alex.I f****d up".

"You're using the 'F' word now?.Alex was stunned because he knew me and everything about me when i was vehemently with the Lord.

"I kissed a girl". I told him which actually shocked him more.

"Your girlfriend or who?".

"She's um....possessed. But her beauty, her voice... that girl is just too seductive and i thought i was strong enough to withstand it. She didn't even do anything...i was talking to her and the next thing i knew, i was kissing her. She was shocked. And the funniest thing is that....i want her Alex". This was too much for Alex to digest.

"Can you tell me how it all happened? like how you met her for instance?".

Evan explained everything to him once the death of Tessy. "I know she's a great person but this spirit in her is hiding that".

"This is very serious". Alex said folding his arms. "Enough about me....how's life with you?".

"well, you were right....there's nothing to enjoy in this world. All is vanity". Alex explained his experience. "i am glad to be back home".

"Glad to have you back".

"I'd really love to see this girl you're talking about".

"She avoids me with every chance she gets, i don't think it'd be possible".I explained.

"I guess if I'm destined to meet her, i will".Alex looked around searching for Michael. "where's Mike?". he asked.

"He took your luggages upstairs and he hasn't come down yet".

"What?". Alex quickly stood and ran upstairs.

"What's wrong?". I asked running to catch up with Alex.

Alex opened the door only to find that his box was opened and some clothes were on the bed. He searched around the room for Michael only to find him coming out of the bathroom with his shirt and trouser on.

Michael was surprised to see us in the room. I burst into laughter as Alex chased Michael. "Come on man, i was just helping you put your clothes together".

"By wearing them uh?". Alex asked still chasing him.

"But look how it suits me. I'm definitely taking this One". Michael said as Alex sat on the bed, he was exhausted from all the running.

"You're paying for those clothes". Alex told him.

"But the Bible says give and and it shall be given back to you. So you can always expect to get another set of shirt and trouser back in return".

"I see Evan groomed you well". Alex said as i smiled.

"I needed it for a change". Michael said. "Why don't we all go out to get some food because I'm starving".

"If you're starving why didn't you just cook". I asked him.

"Because cooking is a lot of stress and besides we need to show Alex around. It's been ages".

"He's right. Let me shower first and I'll meet you guys downstairs". Alex told them as he took his shirt off while Michael and i went downstairs.

Alex's p.o.v

I was in the bathroom when I got a flashback of the girl i met. "why am i seeing her?". i asked myself. "There's something about her...i just can't place it".

I took my bath as i came out, put on a white T-shirt and blue short with a black canvas. "I hope i do get to see her again though. I forgot to mention it to Evan...well, maybe i should just keep it to myself besides i don't think I'll ever see again".

I rushed downstairs to meet my cousins who were ready to go. "Are we driving?".

"Where's the fun in that?". Michael asked as he pulled me out of the house.

"There's a girl i like though but she ain't normal". Michael told me as we walked side by side. "I've never loved someone the way i loved her. She's beautiful, smart, sexy and she knows how to turn you on man...". Michael said as i looked at him then at Evan who nodded.

"Wait! is it that same girl?". I asked Evan who nodded. Woaaaaah! so two brothers are in love with the same girl???

"I just hope she gets better. The last time i saw her was when Evan brought her home and after she went to see Evan, she ran out and since then I've never heard from her or even seen her shadow".

"This is interesting. Now i really can't wait to see her". I said as i laughed. For a girl to be able to make people love her even someone who is devoted to God...that's huge. I thought as i smiled while looking at the two brothers.

This is going to be fun. I said to myself as Michael led us to a cafe.
