How could she just… hang up on me like that?
‘Could it be because you’re not the center of the universe?’ Nero snorted.
I should be the center of her universe. I suppose she’s still getting used to the fact that we’re fated to be together, but damn… It’s taking longer than I would have liked.
Every thought is consumed with her and our pup. I could barely focus this morning when I picked up her scent as she approached the training facility. If there wasn’t a client standing a few feet away, I would have taken her right there without a damn care in the world.
