I was going to kill him.
‘Can’t you go any faster,’ I snarled at Nero. Everything around us was moving in a blur of colors, and the sound of paws smashing against Earth shattered the silence around us.
‘Would you like to give it a go?’ Nero hissed. ‘Pretty sure your pathetic human legs would take ten times as long.’
He had a point, but after Finn’s half-assed link, I was prepared to break the sound barrier racing to get to Erin.
