As Hetty stepped in front of Paul, he angrily tossed a pile of photos at her feet.
"Look at what you've done!"
Amy, the instigator, watched from the sidelines with a smug smile, clearly enjoying Hetty's discomfort.
Hetty bent down to pick up one of the photos. It was a very intimate photo of her and Alvar.
"It's just a few photos. Why all the drama?"
Hetty's casual tone only seemed to enrage Paul further.
"Do you even realize what this means? You're engaged! These photos are out there, and soon everyone will see them. What are you going to do then?"
"What can I do? Just let things be," Hetty replied with a shrug.
"Hetty, the facts are right here. Why are you being so stubborn? If this ruins the engagement, your father's health might not take it," Nicole chimed in, feigning concern.
