Weeks Later…
After a lot of applause and handshakes, the day finally came to an end. I was standing close to the parking lot outside the theater, counting every second as I waited for him. Today had been exhilarating; it was the last day of filming, and everything had gone perfectly. But what really made my heart race throughout the day was knowing that Cristiano would be the one to take me home tonight.
I kept glancing around the parking lot, barely able to contain the excitement bubbling in me until finally, I saw his car pull up close to me. My chest tightened in that familiar way when I saw him step out of the car with a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips as he caught sight of me.
