I will not allow him to touch my body ever again! So, I got to leave now or never. I grab some bags and start packing. 4 hours after I’m all packed with Jr’s truck loaded. I grab the stash of cash I’ve been saving even the box mom and dad had from the night we were meant to leave. Taking one last look at our home, grabbing the family photo from the wall and head to the truck. Once I’m on the road I floor it to the boarder good thing I don’t live to far from there. Since I’m a rouge they won’t know I left only the Alpha will get the feeling someone crossed his territory, maybe more since its also his pup. As soon as I am over the line, I hear this gruesome howl, he knows now. Bringing fear down to my bones. I drive faster knowing he will be chasing me until he can’t no more. I know he is back there, gaining up on me. I add more speed, 10 miles to the next pack land. His howl is closer, I start shacking he is going to catch me. Shay I wish you were here right now for strength. I push the truck faster, 2 miles he is there in my rearview mirror catching up to me, so close I won’t make it please moon mother help me. As I feel I entered the other pack land I don’t slow down but see him stop dead in his tracks. I made it. Giving him one last glance pacing the invisible wall. Gripping the wheel, I continue driving this land isn’t safe until he gets permission to enter. He will think I stopped here thinking I was safe, I’m not that stupid so I drive over three more territories just to fill up, then make a turn and head north. I, not sure where I’m at or even the state. After driving one more state away I’m so tired that I pull over to a truck stop and park in between a few big rigs and fall asleep. Ill figure where to head when I wake up.
After a few more days of driving I find myself in a cold state good thing the heat works in my truck. A lot wooded area, I didn’t feel the crossing of any territory, so I felt safe. Once I found a small town, I pulled into a gas station and asked for the closest hotel, on my way there was a small café mind as well eat. “hey there Hun! What can I get you?” “o’ umm what would you recommend?” “hmmm? Well our deluxe burger and fries are the top seller today. Comes with bacon cheese lettuce onion and tomato.” “that sounds good ill take that, and a sweet tea.” “coming right up” then she walked away. I’m looking out the window not realizing my hand rests on my small swollen belly, ‘I hope Shay is ok, and returns soon.’ Soon my food is in front of me and smells so good I dig in. I was in heaven when I finished my food, I can’t remember how long it’s been since I ate. After I’m settled in my hotel room my eyes are heavy. ‘I’ve missed you Rox!’ making me jump. ‘Shay! I’m so glad your back!’ ‘Me too, thanks for listening. Roxy, I need to tell you. This pup will not make it. Our body is going to reject it once the drugs fully wear off. I’m sorry’ I can’t help from crying. ‘why Shay?’ ‘he wasn’t our mate, so we can’t carry the pup. It won’t be safe for us or it if we try.’ Full blown crying now, that sick Alpha took my innocence and now ill loose a part of me from a pup. ‘I understand Shay, we got to do what’s best for us. I’m ready.’ I lay down and go to the back of my mind to curl up in her soft fur. ‘Shay.’ ‘Yes Roxy?’ ‘Are we really a monster as he called us?’ ‘No Roxy, we are much more special you will find out soon enough. He was the monster, now go to sleep and let me handle the hard work in our body.’ With that I drifted to sleep.
