Life dealt her a harsh hand when she was diagnosed with diabetes, leaving her to fight for financial independence while navigating a world that often underestimates her. Calm under pressure, observant to the tiniest detail, and deadly when the moment calls for it, Camilla blends intellect, resilience, and an unstoppable will — the kind of woman no one sees coming until it’s too late.

Liam O’Rourke – Right-Hand Man

Liam is the perfect storm of loyalty, brains, and intimidation. As Hayes’ right-hand man, he’s the glue that keeps the empire running smoothly, handling logistics, security, and the occasional crisis with precision. Quick-witted with a dry sense of humor, he’s as skilled in battle as he is in strategy, protecting the family and allies at all costs. Fierce, dependable, and occasionally a little sarcastic, Liam is the steady anchor in a world that’s anything but predictable.

Mireille Duval – Camilla’s Aunt/ Raven’s mother

Mireille is warmth wrapped in steel. A fiercely protective Cajun woman with a sharp tongue and an even sharper instinct, she runs her household like a general and loves just as hard. Cooking is her language of love — when she’s emotional, the kitchen becomes her battlefield. She’s the kind of woman who can comfort you with a hug one second and verbally destroy you the next if you deserve it. Mireille stepped in when Kathy spiraled, raising Camilla as her own without hesitation. She believes in discipline, tradition, and self-respect, but she also carries a deep tenderness for those she loves. Beneath her strong exterior is a woman who fears losing her family more than anything — especially Camilla.Anyone who hurts Camilla or Raven quickly learns Mireille’s bark comes with a very real bite.

Luc Duval – Camilla’s Uncle / Raven’s Father

Luc is quiet menace wrapped in calm authority. He speaks softly because he never has to raise his voice — his reputation does that for him. A respected figure within the New Orleans mafia, Luc runs his operations with strict rules: no unnecessary violence, no harm to family, and no betrayal tolerated.

To Raven and Camilla, he’s more than an uncle — he’s their trainer, protector, and unshakable foundation. He taught them self-defense before they hit their teens, drilled discipline into them, and made sure they could survive any situation. Luc is emotionally reserved, but when he loves, he loves fiercely and forever. Anyone threatening his girls signs their own death warrant — they just don’t know it yet.

Raven Duval – Camilla’s Cousin / Luc & Mireille’s Daughter

Raven is fire and laughter rolled into one. Bold, sarcastic, and dangerously confident, she lives for chaos and fun — but underneath her playful troublemaker vibe is a fiercely loyal heart. She and Camilla grew up like sisters, sparring partners, and partners in crime.

Raven masks her fears with humor and sass, but she’s deeply protective of Camilla, especially after her diagnosis. She hates seeing her struggle and will fight anyone who dares underestimate her. While she loves stirring the pot, Raven is smart, observant, and far more strategic than people realize. She learned combat from Luc and emotional strength from Mireille — making her just as deadly as she is loving.

Kathy Duval – Camilla’s Mother

Kathy is a walking contradiction — beautiful and broken, charming and destructive. Addiction consumed her life, leaving a trail of burned bridges and broken promises. She plays the victim well, always blaming someone else for her downfall, yet secretly knows she’s her own worst enemy.

She loves Camilla in her own twisted way — but desperation always wins. Debt, drugs, and alcohol control her decisions, making her manipulative and dangerous. Kathy doesn’t mean to be cruel… but she always chooses survival over motherhood. Her guilt eats at her, but she buries it under denial and lies.

Etienne Leblanc – Leblanc’s Son

Etienne is polished danger. Raised in luxury and power, he carries himself like royalty but fights like a street soldier when needed. Smart, charming, and effortlessly confident, he knows how to read a room and use his words like weapons.

He’s deeply loyal to his father but isn’t afraid to challenge him when necessary. Etienne’s soft spot is Raven — she’s the only person who sees past his smirk and smooth charm. With her, he’s protective, playful, and unexpectedly tender.

Don’t mistake his humor for weakness though — Etienne is ruthless when crossed and strategic when cornered. He’s being groomed to lead, and everyone knows it.
