Rain’s eyes lock on the two women kissing and laughing a few tables away them. She is seated in a café with Bella and Vanessa as they wait for Dante to show up. The couple are oblivious of the people watching too lost in each other. They are leaning on their small round table, fingers intertwined, foreheads touching.
Rain’s minds pictures herself with Karey. Was it a possibility to dream of having what the couple have with the professor? Would a day come when they’d be so free and open to love like the two women? Rain wants that, the freedom to live without anything holding back.
