The Lion Comes Out

"FIGHT!!" Guard up. She is very cocky, so she will attack first. POW POW POW POW!!! Just like I said, she attacked first. I dodge most of her punches, but she is fast. But not fast enough. I let her throw a few more jabs and a few more kicks. She is very powerful, but she doesn't match my skill by a long shot. I hear her heavy breathing. She's tired. My turn. I step back, and let my guard down. Then I attack her. POW POW POW POW!!! One jab right after another right to the face and abdomen. She has her guard up pretty well, so only half of my punches actually make it to their destination. She is really tired and it's only the first round. Looks like she hasn't been training hard enough. I stop punching for a few seconds and laugh at her. "What are you laughing at? Stupid asshole" "Just the fact that I have more stamina than you" I said with a smirk on my face. "You little bi--" DING DING!!! "Round 1 is over. Fighters to your corners!" I walk back to my corner, and look up at the crowd. I see him. That stupid guy from the gym. He waves at me, and I just roll my eyes. I take a drinking water, and a towel from the crowd gets thrown at my face. But before the towel makes contact with my face, my fighter instinct kicked in and I caught it. I look for who threw it, and I see the guy winking at me. I give him a fake smile, and turn back to face my opponent. She's glaring at me. I give her a friendly smile, and her coach whispers something in her ear. Her eyes go wide, and she looks at me again. DING DING!!! I walk to the center of the ring. "FIGHT!!" "I heard that you're called Lion" she said trying to hide her nervousness. "That's right" I say. "Well let's see how much of a lion you are when I get done with you" she said throwing a punch. "Good luck with that." I replied dodging her punch. I put my guard up again, and she attacks with everything. Low kicks, round house kicks, and jabs to the face and gut. I dodge most of what she throws at me. POW POW POW!! Alright, this is getting old. Time to finish this. POW POW POW POW POW POW SMACK!! Six jabs to her gut, and a kick to her temple. She's down on the ground. I stand over her, and smile. Then she passes out. The reff raises my right arm. "The Lion comes out again with another knock out. Let's hear it for The Lion folks!!" The crowd screams so loud that my ears start to hurt. Then I look at the guy from the gym, and he's smiling and clapping. But then I notice someone behind him. The hooded figure. My heart starts to race even more. I look away to try and distract myself because I am in front of thousands of people, but I just can't look away. The figure raises his hands and starts to clap. That only makes my blood run cold. The reff lets go of my arm. I step out of the ring, and head back to the dressing room. I look in the mirror, and don't even recognize myself. My face is swollen so much that I struggle to see myself. I didn't think she got me this bad, but apparently she did. Cuts and scratches all over my face. Bruises on my face and arms, and all over my legs and abdomen. Damn! She hurt me real bad. KNOCK KNOCK!! Holy hell bro. Why do you need to knock so loud. I answer the door, and the hooded figure is standing there not saying anything.
