Epilogue

Its been 7 years since MaNan got married. Nandini was now a successful doctor while Manik, a renowned business. They both were now parents of a little angel , Ahana Manik Malhotra. She is just 2 years old.

Nandini had benn abandoned by her village as she failed to be a mother withi a year. But Megha was still there. Manik in all these hardships, still supported Nandini and will always do. :)

Manik has organized a party as it was their anniversary, 7th anniversary.

"Manik, When will you get ready?" Nandini had become this fluent in English, all thanks to her dearest husband.

"Manik..Manik" Nandini entered the room from the bathroom and found her lifelines on the bed.

"Uff! Why are you so possessive?" She hugged him from as he was eyeing their daughter.

"Shes 2 years old..She is just sleeping..She wont fall" She provoked the dotting daddy.

"Ohho! No no! I can't take any chance..My baby should never get hurt" He caressed her hairs to which Ahana yawned in sleep making both of them smile.

"You get ready..I will make my sleepy head ready" She said pushing him off the bed lightly.

""Let's go na! We will shower together!" He pouted and hugged her softly to which she blushed.

"Manik..Please.." She blushed.

"Oh please, honey!" He came closer.

"Okay okay! But only for 10 mins" She smiled.

"10 mins will surely become 1 hour just for my love" He said and closed the door.

And the bathroom witnessed their love again.

"So, Here is Congratulations to the couple, Mr.and Mrs. Manik Malhotra and their little princess" Cabir came up on the stage.

"Urm..I have spoken a lot..In meetings..Guest Lectures..Seminars..And what not..So I would like to handover the mike to my sweetheart to speak some few words" He said and pulled her closer by her waist while Ahana kept looking at them being in her granny's lap.

"Urm..Hello to all..I am Nandini Manik Malhotra..So, as today is our 7th anniversary..I would like to speak a few words..on our relationship" She said and everyone clapped.

"Truely speaking, I am from a very remote village where girls aren't given freedom..I myself was a 10th pass out.. We were only taught one thing since childhood, that by 20 we will have to get married and conceive within a year.. Even I was made to think like this.But like every other girl, I wanted to study..But that wasnt possible..I was 21 when I got married to my husband..And from there only, my life changed. I am proud to say that I am the luckiest girl in the world..I got my world..Manik is the husband every girl wants.. He is beautiful from both outside and inside..He has every quality of being perfect. The words which are in English is taught by Manik. Yes I knew nothing of English but he made me believe that I can do anything. He made me the person I am right now..Just because of him, I am a doctor...I love him and will always do..Hes my family..." She ended her speech that brought tears in his eyes.

"I love you to too shona" He touched her forehead with his and everyone smiled.

"I want Miss. Soha Khurraha here on the stage" Manik said while everyone looked confused.

Soha walked to the stage wearing a saree. Yes, she has suffered a huge loss in her business and to repay all the loans, she had to marry a middle class alcoholic.

"Shona..I want you to redo what she did 7 years ago" Nandini walked towards her and kept her hand on her shoulder.

"Dont worry..I will pay 50% of your loan..So, don't worry" Nandini gave a genuine smile while Soha and Manik looked shocked.

"Nand.." Manik was about to speak when Nandini spoke "Manik..Only because of her, I am here! I would have not known what I am capable if she hadn't instigate us.." Soha felt guilty and left the stage.

Ahana was sleeping and everyone were off to their places. Manik's parents had take the guest room.

Nandini was standing in the balcony when Manik came and back hugged her. She smiled and kept her head on his chest.

"You know!! What you did for Soha and how you treated her..I am proud of you, my girl" He said and kissed her shoulder to which she smiled and answered "Karma is something which turns life upside down"

After standing there for around 20 mins inhaling the peaceful air, Nandini took Manik's hands and kept them on her stomach "Manik! I am pregnant!" She said.

"Na..nandini..Are you seiousy?" Manik left her and looked at her with tearful eyes.

"Yes, I am pregnant again" She said and hugged him.

"Ohhh myyy goddd.." He lifted her while she giggled.

And their happiness has found the way again.

After nine months, a boy was born to them "Nihaal Manik Malhotra"

And the family became the example of perfectness and togetherness.
