Next day, when George was at her house, Jenna once again shocked him by opening the door for him and smiling. "Hey, hey, you seem to be in a good mood.." He said, playfully. "Not really, there's nothing special. Come in." She said, trying hard to hide her smile. "Okay, okay."
They went inside and George sat there while Jenna didn't, and suddenly, "Should I bring something to drink for you?" She asked with a smile. "Wait a minute, wait a minute. Everyday you don't even ask for a single water, unless when I ask you for it, then what has happened to you today?" He was totally unaware of the fact that she was behaving very differently. "Why are you saying that? If I had never asked you before, that doesn't mean I'll never.." She trailed off by looking here and there.
"Yeah, but-"
"You sit here, I'll just come." She quickly went and soon came back with a coffee. "I don't know if you drank this or not.. But now I have made it, you have to drink it." George did not believe what he was seeing, but, "Firstly, I'm shocked to see that you made something for me, secondly, fortunately I drank coffee." He said, happily, which makes Jenna, sure, very happy. "Then that is good." She said and gave him the cup. "Take it."
"Okay.. Thank you.." He grinned. She also grinned, "No need to say thank you.."
"Okay then, today let's teach while drinking coffee." He said, and Jenna chuckled delightedly.
After a while, once again, George told his own joke and when he looked at her, her face again was plain, but then suddenly she broke into a laugh. There was more coming to make him a little more shocked today.
"You liked my joke?" He asked, stunned. "No.." She said in between laughing. "Then?" He asked, confusingly. "I hadn't heard a worse joke than this. Where did you think of these?" She asked, not holding down her laugh.
"Yeah, that I think is right, no one can think of that." He said, proudly. "Yeah.." She said, trying to control her laugh. "Now.. we will continue." He told her, faking the stern voice. But she again started laughing, "You know your joke.. keep telling them."
"You are again- yeah? Really?" He asked, suddenly being happy. "Yeah, yeah.." She said, smiling. "Okay, then, because I really enjoy this."
"Okay then, done." George chuckled, "You.. should smile every often." She stopped and looked at him, "Huh? Okay.." A smile of happiness came to her lips, this was just enough for a day for her.
Next day in the class, Jenna was surprisingly chilling in her free time, when a random girl walked up to her. "Hey, Jenna, listen." Obviously, Jenna doesn't know her, but she looks up at her and tries to be casual. "Yeah?"
"Do you know, um, where Sir lives?" She asked, but again, no one leaves her an option after coming to her to ask only about George. "What? What are you saying, how should I know?" She asked, confused at her question, because even if she does, why does she think of that?
"No, you definitely know.." Jenna got furious and stood up, but immediately made herself calm. "Look, I'm in no mood to argue, so just go."
"But you-"
But George came into the class and cut her off, "Stella! Go to your seat, I'm taking a test." He said and Jenna smiled at him. "Yes Sir. I'm just going." That girl said and went to her seat and George also smiled at Jenna, but said, "Good." Said sternly to her.
After school, at Jenna's home. George had just arrived and they were sitting when, after a moment, she spoke up, "Oh thank God you came at the right time, or else that girl-"
"What? Then you would have started the fight again?" He asked, amusingly. "Um, no.. But she sure was making me furious." He chuckled, "Now you see, if you do that, I will have to give you another punishment, and the first one is already going.." He said and smirked a bit. She shrugged it off by laughing, "Is this a punishment?"
"Um, I think so. We call it that." He said, unclear. "But it is not." She said while simply smiling. "You think so?" He raised his eyebrows.
"Yes yes.. Okay so.. Can I ask you a question?"
"Yeah, ask." He said, casually, and she chuckled nervously. "A personal one?"
"What question will that be?"
"Um, that.. Do you have a girlfriend?" By difficulty, she made it to ask him. He shook his head no, and asked, "Why?"
"You see.. Just like that. Don't worry, I will not ask these types of questions again." She grinned.
"Okay.." He shrugged. After a while, Jenna was sitting with a bored face, playing with a pencil, when George looked at her and asked, "What are you doing?" She made a pouting face and said, "Umm.. I'm getting bored.. Argh. Why are you always teaching?"
"You are forgetting the fact that I came here to do this in the first place."
"Yeah, but- can we play a game?" She asked, so excited. He leaned a little back and straightened his back, looking at her confused. "What? What is happening to you nowadays?" But this doesn't affect her. She closed her mouth and asked again.
"Okay.. You want to eat ice cream?" She said, hoping he would agree to do something at least. "Okay.. Fine." He said and she smiled immediately. "I'll go bring it." She brought the ice cream for them and they ate it, chilling with each other.
The whole time, Jenna was being cute and doing stuff, acting more strange while being in a really good mood today. Even after eating an ice cream, she doesn't let her teach with peace, talking aimlessly. He somehow managed to teach before leaving, but she was not in a single place that time.
It's been two weeks, and those days, what happened in the tuition time was that Jenna's mood was day by day becoming better and better, she smiles everytime she talks with him, her eyes shining every time when being stopped at him, she always listens to him in case of studying. They laugh at random things and talk, chilling with each other, making jokes and everything.
In class, she was staring at him normally, but now she looked every time with a sweet smile on her face. On break, always searching for where he is. After school, she goes late, by hiding and looks at him. In between these days, they again went to their cycling class once in a while.
That day, Jenna was walking through school, holding books close to her chest, when she walked straight by the music class, but then moved back and the door was a little open. She saw that George was playing a guitar with kids gathering around him and they were moving in a rhythm at the same time. Jenna stood there at the door, looking at him, smiling in the depths of admiration. Continuously, getting lost herself in him with her eyes glued to him.
