Ramsés had lunch with us and then went to the office. I stayed with Sky for the rest of the day. I couldn't tear myself away from her, and I was really going to miss her. When I got home that night, I was in the same mood as the night before. Ramsés hadn't arrived, so I took a long bath, put on some music, and poured myself a glass of wine.
"Wow, someone seems to be in a better mood," he said, approaching me, but I shook my head.
"To be honest, I feel the same as before. I thought this would help, but it didn't."
"I'll tell Olive to bring a tray of desserts right away."
"I can't eat another dessert ever again," I replied. He nodded and kissed my forehead.
"Do you want us to go out for dinner?" he asked. I shook my head.
"I'm not in the mood to go out."
