33. CHAPTER THIRTY

My whole world became endless whiteness for as far as the eye could see. At the same time, a powerful force slammed into my back and sent me spinning through the air uncontrollably. Due to how white my world was, I couldn’t tell which way was up and which way was down. I couldn’t even tell if I was flying or falling. It was like the entire world had simply vanished. Then, as abruptly as it happened, the whiteness disappeared and I found myself floating in the air on my rocket boots. Blinking rapidly, I looked down below me to see if I could find the Judgment. The Judgment was nowhere to be seen. Where once had been a mighty alien spaceship capable of leveling whole cities, there was now nothing more than empty air.
