CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE
Fifteen minutes? Well, that was certainly a lot more time than I thought I was going to get. I could get out of here in fifteen minutes. Less, actually.
Of course, my bleeding shoulder wound was going to make that a lot harder, but my Zero Armor was already repairing my wound and it was starting to hurt less. I turned and flew out of the room, following my HUD’s map back to the lab, which was the nearest exit.
As I flew down the hallways of the Judgment, the sirens could be heard everywhere. Red lights flashed om the halls, making it hard to see exactly where I was going. I half-expected to run into more Zero Knights or Squires, but the hallways were as empty as ever. That should have set off alarms in my head, but I was too focused on escaping the Judgment to care.
