I turned slowly on seeing his eyes on me, Xander also craned his neck and stared at me, a deep frown on his face.
“What’s this about?” He muttered the sound of his voice sent shivers down my spine.
I gulped down nothing as I began to feel a sickening sensation in the pit of my stomach.
Alpha Romulus diverted his eyes to another direction and I felt my nerves relax a bit.
“I don’t have any accomplice from your Pack,” Alpha Romulus muttered.
Xander scoffed, his eyes darkening in anger.
He craned his neck backward and nodded for me to come closer. My heart skipped as I obeyed his instruction and trudged closer.
He grabbed my neck and pushed me against the blood-covered table.
