I didn't get much sleep that night, but I was glad when the sun rose. My alarm went off, telling me to wake up despite already being up. I checked my texts and saw that my mother told me that she and Irene were going to be the ones to help me get ready, though I already knew that. It still felt nice that she was being so involved in this. I was curious what my wedding dress would look like, since I had seen a few different ones that the planner had brought me to try on, but I didn't think that she had told me which one she had settled on. If she did, then I don't remember.
