Walking near the meadow trees where the ocean breeze rolled comfortably through the leaves, I finally felt the calm settle inside my chest. Between two thick palm trunks, someone had hung a large hammock draped in soft sheets like flowing curtains. Fireflies blinked over a neat circle of candles, and a mosquito tent hugged the hammock in a gentle, glowing cage of safety.
