Ashley had stayed busy most of the day and the hours had flown by, but things had slowed over the past hour and that hour alone had seemed longer than the rest of the day. Now, with five minutes left, she wanted to flip the sign and be done with it, but her father was adamant. Their posted hours said five o"clock, so they would stay open until five.
