I placed a kiss on his face."It's fine,we will be fine." I said.He faked a smile.
"Don't stress yourself too much.It's just me after all.Who cares if anything happened to me?" I laughed.
"I care,Lucia!You are my entire world and I am trying my level best to protect you.I...I love you." He said.
"I love you too, Luke." I smiled.
"Do you know what I thought when I first met you?" I asked.My elbow was on the bed and my head was resting on my hands.My other hand was on his chest.
"What?" He asked as he placed his hand on mine.
"I mean... after you killed Alex in front of me,I did hate you but at that moment I felt something.I don't know what but something I didn't understand about you.There was something completely mysterious about you.What was it?" I asked.
"How am I supposed to answer that?" He asked.
"I mean,you know yourself and you might have the answer to it." I said.
"I don't exactly believe you felt something when you saw me but I think you felt something when I killed Alex,I did you a favour." He said.
"Maybe..." I whispered,"He was still my best friend." I added.
"And he still betrayed me." He said and I nodded.I placed my chin on his chest.
He gave me a warm smile.
"You know, I thought you'd be the same age as me." I said.It was true.His body,fitness and everything made him look so much younger.People can never guess his correct age.
"Is it a problem for you?" He asked.
"No,of course not.You know I love you and I'd still love you if you were an old man.'' I giggled.
"You are not immature as well." He said.
"Well..." I said.He was the one who spoiled me with his love and care.
I placed a kiss on his lips.
"I don't want to be without you." I said.He looked at me in silence as I ran my fingers over his biceps.
I really never wanted to be without him.He was the reason I was breathing.He was the reason my heart was still beating.He was the reason behind my smile.He meant the world to me and I certainly wouldn't want to live with him because he was gone then what am I even?
I didn't realize when I fell asleep but I did.I fell asleep over his beating heart.
His smile was the only thing which brought peace and tranquility upon me.
