The Alpha Meeting

“So be it. Let the execution of Alpha Tristan and Luna Margo commence. Rape, Rogues, Epsilons and much more follow the reasons of this outcome. With the King Alpha, four members of the council and one Lord, say it as so.”

Alpha Tristan shifted in a panic. Taika was at his front in seconds. Violet was at the side while Tala and Sloane approached Margo. Dawn had knocked out all the wolves that had aided them. It may have seemed cruel, but for the crimes and the community this would be a just punishment.

“Taika finish this.”

He howled in answer and with one leap coordinated Violet pinned him and Taika had torn out his throat. Margo had met a similar fate. Taika nuzzled Violet then Tala. The threat was over and the paperwork would need completed. Alarick started with cover up. Soon the pack bond would be forced to the four in front of him, but his people did not need the shock of the dead Alpha.

“I will inform the council and all packs of the change. It is time for a new era. It is time for wolves to get along with each other and all other creatures.”

Dawn nods, “that is the council’s goal as well.”

The morning started with the Alpha meeting. Marshal sat next to Dawn. He had noticed her family in the back of the room leaning against the wall. Alphas were coming in to take a seat. The head table now included Maverick and Emilia, Axelia and Declan, Marshal and his mate, Christopher, who arrived the night before. Dawn and myself, Sloane and Tala, and the fifth strongest pack, Alpha Quinn and his Beta Visha. They were from the Waterside Moon Pack. They handled a lot of business and travel amongst the packs.

“Hello Alphas! We would like to start off this meeting with some disturbing news. Alpha Sloane.” Maverick motioned.

Sloane squeezed Tala’s hand and stood. “Last night Alpha Tristan was sentenced to death. He had been plotting with Rogues and had been taking advantage of many women. My Beta and her mate were the one who carried out the verdict. This is because my Beta had been taken advantage of by the Alpha. Since the pack land is close to ours and my Beta took out the Alpha, King Alpha and the council has allowed us the pack land and bond.”

One of the lower Alphas stood at a further table. “Alpha Tristan would have never done those things!”

Marshal stood, “the council has seen the proof and have had many counts from other wolves of the same thing happening to them. Alpha Tristan also attempted to attack Alpha Alarick and Alpha Axelia, along with their mates.”

A gasp erupted, “that is crazy!”

Another Alpha stood a little closer to the front. “Why Sloane? In medical yes, his team is amazing, but strength?”

Maverick motioned to Tala. “Alpha Sloane has proven his Beta and himself can lead such packs. They now also have the Yin Yang wolves in their pack.”

“That is a myth.”

“They don’t exist!”

Alarick sits back, “silence!”

“Thank you Alpha Alarick. Beta Violet and Beta Taika will you come in.”

The double doors open and they walk to Tala and Sloane. “Would you be so kind as to shift for the room?”

Sloane growled, “only if there is clothing brought for my mate and Beta.”

“Yes of course. Loveta is being robes now.”

They all walk into the center of the room. Quickly the shift comes and the room gasps once more. Tala and Taika stand against one another. The Alpha and Beta nestled on either side. The Yin Yang wolves were of legend. They were a family that had the spirits passed from generation through twins. It was the Alpha bloodline that kept the spirits strong. It allowed them to help balance the day and night of shifts. The wolves also enhanced the packs they surrounded. The bond would allow for easier shifts and stinger resolve.

Alarick’s pack now had Dawn’s bond. Taika and Tala had made them even more powerful and that bond would always be there, but he was glad they could strengthen another pack. Yin and Yang also came with a Lucan form and the ability to deceive through their counterparts. It was considered a high ranked wolf spirit. No one would want to mess with their pack.

“What pack did they come from? They would have to be Alpha bloodline correct?”

Alarick joined his siblings, “they are my younger siblings.”

One Alpha came forward, “you had them in your pack the whole time? Pair this with your new Luna and you witch Beta and you may be to strong for any of us to stop.”

Alarick shook his head, “not true. My siblings are now mated to a different pack. I also know for a fact now that the Royal pack and the Red Blood Moon Pack can hold their own as well. Plus, we may be strong, but we value alliance. We want to see the packs be United and keep in a great alliance with other species. We have so many different wolves and mates, because we branch out. We are in great standing with the closest kiss and coven.”

“I agree with Alpha Alarick.”

Everyone fell silent at Alpha Quinn’s voice. He was known for little words and often his temper. He had outwardly told everyone at a previous gathering that he couldn’t stand Fae. Everyone laughed since Fae hadn’t been seen in over two hundred years.

“I know you may laugh at me again, but the elves and Fae have resurfaced in some areas. I would like to make sure there isn’t a single species that can create the destruction they had done to the creature community!”

A few snickers echoed before Lord Byron stepped in. “What the Alpha says rings true. The Fae and Elves have popped up in many communities around the world. Being a Lord of the council, I have been informed that they are not working apart, but together. The Elven ruler from the prophecy has also been made public.”

Whispers filled the room, “what do we do then King Alpha?”

Maverick smiles, “what we said, keep the peace, gain strength and maintain alliances. The five top packs will be sending out members to talk to other species and to train the smaller packs. It is not a war we want, but it is one to prepare for.”
