Daemas’ eyes went wide, and before he could say anything, Amarantia slapped her palms onto the ground, activating portals beneath her family.
Amarantia had just a little bit of power to open few portals, and thankfully, her family were close together. A large portal appeared beneath the Williamses who had the twins and they fell in with yells of surprise, the twins screaming out her name. Another large one opened beneath Wyre and John, who were just two feet apart. Small ones opened under her mother and Daemas, and the two fell simultaneously with the others.
“Amarantia!” Daemas shouted, his hand reaching out to grab Amarantia.
“Amara!” John and Wyre called out as they fell.
“Hali!” Sedna was just a hairs breathe away from grabbing her, but the pull of the portal was too strong.
