Brandon (Dream)
He stood at the edge of the water, as he always did in the dream. The waterfall hit the surface of the water, a light mist around the impacted area.
The sun was setting in the distance, the orange and pink sky was quickly fading into darkness. He could sense her close by. Zuri.
He glanced around looking for her, not seeing her anywhere.
"Come to the water..." that strange voice always called to him. He couldn't see where it came from and he didn't recognize the owner. He just knew it was always the voice from the water. There was nothing wicked about it. If anything, it sounded comforting more than anything.
The dream never had Zuri's presence so strong before, but this time it was different. It felt like she was there. Like she was actually in the dream with him.
