The room I was in was located on the left side of the fifth floor. Meanwhile, the rooms with letters on the doors were on the right side of the fifth floor. To get there, I would have to walk past the stairway. If the monster came up to the fifth floor now, it would be in the way. I hopped onto my feet at the thought and dashed out of the room, ignoring all the body parts on the hooks around me.
Just as I opened the door, I could hear the rustling sound by the stairway. The monster would arrive on the fifth floor in a few seconds.
