1 year later

i woke up early like i always have it was five in the morning i was very tired i didn't get much sleep but i had to wake up to do all my chores. it was hard but i had managed to finish i had cleaned the pack house and made breakfast it was what i usually did but it was still hard i don't know why this had to happen to me at least no one has bothered me today and i hope it stays like that but i know it wont i don't know why i get my hopes guess it's just because its my birthday finally turning eighteen oh you might be wondering what a year has passed well let me tell you i am glad i haven't found my mate because i don't want to get rejected mate won't reject us my wolf mind linked me you know he will Luna and with that i blocked her she has been there for me but she gives me to much hope sometimes i still cant believe a year has passed i am grateful that my mate isn't in this pack i am a little disappointed but it's for the best. the sound of laughing broke my thoughts i knew that laugh it was the beta's laugh or as i used to call them my brothers i hurried to my room it was know seven and i had finished everything i just needed to get ready for school. i went to my room as quickly as i could if they found me they would probably give me a lesson or to and that's what i least want on this day. i got into my room and took a shower and got ready for school.

it was seven thirty and I had to walk to school so i hurried up. the walk took longer than what I had expected by the time I got there the warning bell had rung. school wasn't that interesting but everyone seemed really happy for some reason they didn't even bother me. I had overheard there she wolfs talking about the future alpha coming back soon. Ace was the future alpha he had left three years ago when he had first shifted.his father had sent him to some type of alpha training camp and I was really grateful. when he was here he was my biggest bully i don't know why but almost everyday he would beat me up and "show me my place" according to him when he had to leave i felt relieved but know that I know that he might come back it's really making me nervous. Lets just hope if he comes back that hell forget about me.

I got to the pack house and i started doing all my chores it wasn't anything new but it was strange the pack always seemed like they were trying to get me in trouble. I Would clean the pack house and hey would make it dirty making it look like i didn't do my chores.today was different nobody really messed with me they were all so focuses on preparing everything for the future alpha.i was kinda happy for once I got peace even if I was only for one day it felt nice especially since it was my birthday little did I know that it was gonna be miserable when the alpha came back.

It was know 3 in the morning I just finished all my chores and everything that needed to be done for the return of ace or the future alpha. For some reason my wolf seemed to be agitated she kept pacing around in my head it was starting to give me a headache. Something was going to happen and I don’t think I’m gonna like it.

I don’t know when I fell asleep last night I had a lot on my mind and it’s usually hard to. Fall asleep for me but somehow I managed. Today I woke up with a smile I don’t know why cause I never did it felt like it was going to be good. “You lazy b***h get your ass up and make breakfast” I heard someone yell I looked at the time it was 6 am I usually don't wake up this late. I got up really fast and got ready in 20 minutes when I was done I went downstairs and made breakfast for the pack. I made pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and I made waffles I also served orange juice.

I finished with everything and I was going to my room if you can call it that it was basically the attic I had a mattress some of the packs old clothes and it had a bathroom. It wasn't all that. It I could take a shower with hot water and the toilet worked. Anyways I was heading to my room when I was stopped by one of the pack members.

“ I don’t know why you think you can slack off and think you can get away with it” and then they slapped me and kicked me soon enough there was a group of them hitting me and calling me names once they thought that was enough they left them got up it hurt like hell but I couldn’t be late to school. I changed my clothes I had so many scars from all the abuse

*flashback*

I was cleaning the kitchen when my brothers and some pack members cornered me they had a silver knife they knew that it was lethal to werewolves I Haven't shifted yet so my wolf wouldn’t be able to heal if they cut me. That they cut me on my back it was a line going from my shoulder to my mid back. I passed out when I woke up I was in the kitchen floor there was a puddle of blood I had to clean the blood and go to my room to attend the cut. I could barely move.

*end of flashback*

After I had finished putting my clothes on, I got my back pack and went to school. I was a little late because of my bruises and cuts from the beating from earlier.school was the same nothing new they all bullied me pushed me

”Don't worry when we find mate he will get us out of here” my wolf Luna said

”Luna you no that he will reject us because he will think we're human and even if he doesn't care, they won't want to your mate because of what happened to our parents” I told her

”You don't know that you just see he will accept us you just wait” and with that she blocked the mind link

After school I went to the pack house most of my cuts have helped thanks to my wolf and I was grateful. Honestly their kinda dumb they think I'm human and my wounds heal as fast as there's maybe even faster and they don't fix that weird.

I entered the pack house and the most intoxicating smell hit me mate my wolf said I I see a man with his hands on another she wolf and I recognize him that's ace the future alpha great that's just my luck( note the sarcasm)

Ace p.o.v

I am the future alpha of the blood moon pack my parents sent me to an alpha camp so I can learn on how to manage being an alpha of the pack. I still haven't found my mate and I don't really want to.

When I went to that alpha camp I found my girlfriend Maya she is perfect. I couldn't be happier. I heard my wolf growl she's not my mate. My wolf said Alex she's better no she's not I want my mate and with that, he closed the mind link I didn't care what he thought I was going to Mark her once I take over

I finally got to the pack house I was talking to my father when I smelt the most intoxicating smell ever mate my wolf said I looked up and I saw the most beautiful girl and then I recognized her that was Claire she can't be my mate no why moon goddess why did you have to give me a weak little mate like her my wolf started growling at my thoughts she's perfect I don't care what you think go mark her know she's mine and only mine. I blocked him I had made up my mind on what I was going to do and he could change my mind.

I turned away and started talking to my dad and introducing him to my girlfriend that was going to be my future Luna.
