Allison's POV
The next day, we headed off to Hawaii. Katie and Evan met us at the airport with our little Hope.
"Oh, my baby!" I beamed as I reached out for her.
Hope's little arms were outstretched for me. I snuggled her into me and smothered her tiny face in kisses. She was the light of my life.
Subconsciously, I grazed my belly lightly. Soon there will be another...
We got to Hawaii and checked into the hotel, but I was completely exhausted.
"Baby, I desperately need a nap. Do you mind if I take a short one?"
Mason kissed my lips gently and scooped up Hope. "Not at all, my love."
He touched his other hand to my stomach and rubbed it.
"My baby needs her rest. I know you had a long night. I'll take Hope and we'll check out what there is to do...make a plan for our stay."
