As James announces his descent as Alpha, the triplets stood before the packs vowing an oath to protect and lead them. An occasion worth celebrating appears to be the opposite for them. Their eyes combing the crowd with pride, until they lock onto China. Their pride soon morphs into sorrow and yearning. Pleading for her acceptance and to have her standing alongside them as their Luna.
'We need to encourage her to accept them' Antonio called out.
'And how do you suppose we do that, Tony?' I inquire. 'It's not like she's the easiest person to persuade.'
'I don't know,' he complained. 'But the more she resists the bond the more she is hurting Pearl.'
'I know,' I sighed. 'I will talk to Ray and Mom. Maybe they can help me talk some sense in her.'
