Where is that smell coming from

Jake/Josh

    Dad and I are walking toward Alphas house when I ask him "Dad how long has she been having these visions?"  "Well she has been having them since she turned 17 but they have been getting more intense, She now feels your aunt and her powers are starting to come in full mode."  "She doesn't know that she is alive. She doesn't remember much of what happened that night.  She only gets visions which makes her miss her mom." "Ok got it. I want to know what I'm dealing with here. Are you going to tell her the truth.?"  "Not yet I can't tell her until she turns of age. at her ball. If I tell her to sooner then that she will freak out and try to find her mom risking the chance of being found by John." "True however given the fact that there was a rogue nearby we have to be on alert until then. There could be a chance that they might of seen something and report back to John." "Well we don't know if they are working for John. They could be just passing by." "Ya dad, but for the smell to be the strongest by the house we cannot take any chances. We have to treat it as they have information and that John will soon find a way to get her. Regardless we have to cover all bases."

Josh

    We get to the Alpha's house and go to his office.  "Alpha we have a problem. There are rogue siting on our land. They were close to our house. Only this time they were very clever. They had a hole dug up and it had almost like a tunnel that led to our land. I have reason to believe that they know something or at the least suspect something. "Do you think something happened. Did they see anything?" " Not sure, but it is possible. Crystal had a very realistic experience this time around. No one was around to hide what happened. We only need 2 more days. That is when everything will make sense. That is when everything will come to light. We need to up our security and Jake will be following her from now on." "Very well I will call my Beta and up our security. We need to be on high alert and hope that nothing happens until then. "Thank you Alpha."

    Tyler

    Something funny is going on around here. I just saw that new guy and Josh my father's Gamma come to the house. They looked very serious so something is happening. Man being in this room is starting to drive to the point of insanity. At least its only 2 more days until I can finally be out of this room and able to talk to my friends and not feel like I'm in a prison.  Well party preparations are in full mode. Seeing all these people walk in and out with all sort of decorations. I can almost hear my mom yelling making sure everything is perfect. Speak of the angel. Here she is bringing me lunch. "Hey mom." "Hi son. How are you this afternoon?" "Really mom. I'm about to break out of here." "Only 2 days not even. Now I have a tux for you. I'll bring it later so that you can try it on to make sure it fits." "Oh yay. Not." "Stop being so sarcastic. Now I have to go and finish the planning and decoration." "Ya ya bye mom see you soon!"

    I sit on my chair eating my food. When I smell that strawberry scent again. Wow every time I smell it the smell gets stronger.  I look out the window and I see that Crystal and her friend Rebbie are coming to the house along with her aunt Jenn and Resbbie's mom as well. They must be here to help with the decorations and party planning. I'm looking out the widow. mesmerized by Crystal when I see her start to lift her head up. I quickly hide behind the curtain so that she doesn't see me. Just then I see Josh and that new guy come out about the same time the ladies are coming in. I see that new guy hug Crystal. It made my wolf growl. It was like a pang of jealousy that hit me. I don't know why. My wolf definitely knows something that I do not know. I guess time will tell. 

Crystal

I was sitting on the island with my aunt and having a drink of lemonade. She is making sure I'm not hurt. When a mind link comes in from Julie. "We need help. My mom's going crazy. She is driving me crazy. So all hands on deck. Please help me before I go insane, and on top of that the dress lady will be running late. So hurry please!!" I mind link Rebbie and her mom and have them meet us here so that we can all walk together. I was about to tell my aunt, but by the looks of it she must be getting the same mind link from the Luna. When she is done she looks at me. "I'm fine let's go help. My head feels fine and we can all talk later. The ball is the day after tom. We need to make sure everything is ready to go." "Yes we do." Just as I get my shoes on. Rebbie is already here with her mom and knocking on my door. We all head out together. 

    Rebbie what's up. I feel like you have something on your mind. "Well I'm nervous about the ball. What if I don't find my mate. Crystal I really want to feel true love. I know I'm like this bad ass and everyone thinks of me as a hard core tomb boy. But in the inside I am a hopeless romantic." "Rebbie I didn't know you really felt like that. Why didn't you say anything." "Well I was embarrassed about what I feel. And that all the guys would just be like ya right Rebbie you are one of the guys. It's almost like I was embarrassed to feel love."  "Omg no way Rebbie. You are supposed to be excited about being in love and to want to have that love that we all dream about with our mates. Please don't ever think that you can't feel and want what we all want. I mean ya you are a bad ass but a gorgeous one at that!" "Thanks Crystal I needed to hear that." "Anytime sista!" As we arrive at Julies house I smell that pine smell again. Only this time its stronger than usual. I wish I could pin point where it's coming from. I start to look around. I mean I won't know until the day I turn 18.  But this smell is making my wolf go crazy. She is smiling like the cat that swallowed the canary. But she won't say a word. Ugh. 

    Julie meets us at the entrance and quickly grabs us and drags us inside. The Luna grabs my aunt and Rebbie's mom. They both head to the main hall to discuss where stuff is going and where to hang what up. We run to the kitchen and grab something to eat and some snacks and start up the stairs and down the hall to her room. As we head up the stairs and smell that pine smell again. I really need to follow that scent. How am I going to follow it with her dragging me. I know I'll say my aunt is mind linking me or something. As we get to her room we are ready to eat when Julie says "Hey I forgot our drinks."  "Oh I'll get them. No worries I have to ask my aunt something anyways." "Ok bring me a pepsi, Rebbie wants sprite, and bring back what ever you want." "Ok." I say and I open the door and walk out.  I start to walk and I catch a whiff of that pine smell so I follow it. I'm walking down the hall way when I come to a familiar door. It's Tyler's bedroom. Only I know he is not here. He is away at Alpha school. Maybe someone is cleaning the room and that is why I smell that pine smell. There is no harm in looking right. As I reach for the door I see the knob start to turn. My heart is starting to pound. what is behind this door. "Crystal! What's taking you so long with our drinks!" Another mind link. My heart felt like it was gonna pop out. Just then a group omegas are walking by I quickly turn around and start walking away I turn around once more and take another whiff of that pine smell. I swear the door was partially open but If I don't go and get those drinks Julie will have my head. 

    Tyler

    I'm sitting here just watching Netflix counting down the hours until I can get out of here. When I smell that strawberry smell again then it faded away. Man I need to do something I'm going insane. Maybe I'll go take a bath. So I start the water so it's nice and hot. I push the plug in so the bathtub starts to fill. I love that my bath tub is huge. Its got jacuzzi jets so I can relax. It's like a hot tub but indoors. I take my clothes off and just as I'm about ready to get in I get a whiff of that strawberry scent again. "Oh there it is again" My wolf says.  This time it's stronger than before. It's almost as if  it's inside my room. I quickly grab my towel and head out to the bedroom. My wolf is pacing back and forth, He is legit going nuts. I'm sniffing to see where it's coming from. " We need to find that scent. We must know who it's coming from." My wolf  Duke is saying impatiently.  I get to my door. It's like right outside my door. I need to find out who or what it is. As I grab my doorknob I slowly start to turn it. I start to open it when I hear water running onto the floor. "S***!" I run over there and shut the water off. "Hurry you numb nuts! We are going to miss out. I quickly clean up my mess. I then run to the door but the strawberry scent is faint. I slowly open the door but I don't see anyone around. " You butt head you made us loose our chance at who or what was behind the door" I quickly close the door so that no one sees me. Man this has got to be the most frustrating situation ever. My wolf is going nuts and the fact that he knows something but doesn't tell me a damn thing is really pissing me off. "Ya well if you were quicker than what you were maybe you would of known what it was or who it was." "Well do you know something that I don't." "Well the time will come when everything will come to light. In the mean time go relax I guess. We have  nothing going on right now anyways." "Ya well my mom should be in later to drop off my tux for the ball. She wants to make sure it fits I guess. 

    I go back in the bathroom take my towel off and slide in the bathtub. I turn the jets on and just lay back and relax. Duke has gone to the back and just laid down. I guess he needs to sleep some too. Anyways I put my blue tooth speaker on and play my music. My room is sound proof so no one will know that I am here since I'm supposedly away at Alpha School.  I'm laying there totally relaxed. I don't know how long I have been in there. Until my mother walks in. "Tyler your tux is here please try it on quickly I have to get back to decorating and making sure everything is getting done." "Geeze mom, You could of knocked I'm laying here naked." "Oh please Tyler you act like I've never seen you naked. I gave birth to you for crying out loud." " Yea well, I'm a grown boy now mom." "Ya ya. Let's go buddy. Oh I brought you snacks and drinks and some subs and salad to hold you off until dinner." "Ok, thanks. Umm can I have some privacy please." "Oh ya right go ahead I will wait out here." I try my tux on and damn I must say. It suites me. I almost got that James Bond thing going on. I go out and show my mom. "A perfect fit. Damn I'm good at what I do. You look so handsome and amazing. I cannot wait until Julie sees you." "Me either. honestly I can't wait to get out of this room!!." " Well son I have to go. ill see you later with some dinner. Love you and see you later." "Love you too mom!!"

Crystal

    I go to the kitchen and grab what I needed and run back up the stairs. I get back to Julies room and we are eating and  finishing our plan for the ball. Minutes later the dress lady is here. "I thought she was going to be late." "Ya me too."   "Well when you have a Luna such as myself I make sure my stuff gets done when I need it to be done." Says the Luna with a smile. Man she is good at what she does for sure. She does not take no for an answer and she definitely makes sure everything goes as planned always. We all start putting on our dresses to make sure they are fitted to perfection. And what do you know they are. As always everything is right as it's supposed to be. I hope that one day I can be as good as her. She makes everything look so easy. Her authority is amazing and out of this world.  We start to take of our dresses and then another lady comes in and says "Where do we set up?" We all look at each other. "How about we go downstairs to the women's den." She gives us robes and slippers and tells us to put them on and meet her downstairs. We all look at each other. "Well ladies do you think that a day as important as The Day you are all going to look like s***."  "Uhhh no?" "Well what are you waiting for get ready we have a spa day." Omg this is so awesome. A spa day heck ya. We all jump for joy and finish taking our dresses off and put on our robes and fluffy slippers and head downstairs.
