    I wake up and go for a run just before everyone else wakes up. I go by Crystals house and smell an unfamiliar scent. It's a males scent and he it also smells of one with strength and power. I wonder who it is and why would they be at Josh's house. I wonder if my father knows about this. I will ask my mom if she knows anything.  As I turn to go back to my room. I quickly walk over to the window that is partially open. I look through it and see the girls passed out all over the place. The view is priceless I wish I had my phone to snap a picture and pick on my little sister. I chuckle to myself. I guess it's a good thing I  don't have it. I kind of feel like a stalker looking in the window. Although I can't shake this feeling. This pull that keeps bringing me closer to these girls. My wolf feels something but he hasn't said anything to me yet. He just bugs me with we have to go see them, or we have to check on them. Not that he hasn't been right the last few times. But I can't help that there is something else happening. I will find out soon enough.

    I get back to my room. I get in the shower and just soak in the hot water. Thinking about whos scent that was and who is here.  I finally get out and and get dressed just as I plop on my bed my mom comes in with breakfast. She prepares it before the omegas get in the kitchen. She is really working hard on making sure my sister is surprised for her coming of age ball. "Mom there are a lot of things happening around here. It doesn't make sense. What is going on?" " What are you talking about sweetheart?" "I'm talking about these weird occurrences that's been happening. I even smelled another male by Josh's house early this morning."  "Well honey, I'm not sure I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary here. But I will check in with your father to see if he knows of anything." "And please remember not to get seen or the surprise will be ruined. I have been working so hard to make sure your sister is surprised." " I will mom, not to worry I am being very careful."  

    It's about mid morning when I look out the window and see my sister and her friends walking home. Then I see him. The scent I smelled was that guy walking with them. Who is he and what is he doing here. My wolf is growling in jealousy. He says "Who is that guy and why is he here?"  "Chill out Duke! Well find out was going on sooner or later. we just have to wait until this ball to get all the answers we are looking for." "Ya well we need to hurry time is of the essence and we may not have a lot of it. A lot of stuff is going to happen and we need to hurry." "Duke what are you talking about?" "You will see soon enough man. Just trust me and do what I tell  you when I tell you. You will need to trust me." "I guess if you say so." I hide behind the curtain so that they don't see me. But I'm watching.

Josh

    We arrived at the Alphas house before the young ones. Which is good because I have to talk to him about what is happening before they get here. My mate and I go upstairs to Alpha's office and knock. "Come in" He says. "Hi Alpha." "Hi Josh what brings you here this early."  "Well Alpha as you already know what is going on so far. Well last night while I was on  patrol, Crystal had a vision only this time it involved her mother. They made a connection through their minds. Crystal of course has no clue. To her they are only visions. But as soon as I heard about it. I ran to them. She then confessed that she made contact. The time is getting closer and her powers are awakening.  She needs to be protected without knowing what is happening until we can talk to her." "I take it you have a plan." "Yes I do Alpha. I have brought my son to help protect. She will not know what is happening. She will only think that he is coming to be with us because his time is up and he wants to be with family." "That sounds perfect Josh. However you know that you will have to tell her soon. She needs to know what is happening." "Yes Alpha I agree. And I will tell her just not yet. I will tell her after she comes of age, a lot will happen and it will make more sense If I wait until then." "Agreed. Well buddy I support your decision I will welcome him into the pack so that he can mind link us and we can all communicate. It is very important that we do that." " Agreed Alpha thank you!" "Lets go drink some coffee in the sun room."

    As we are sitting in the sun room drinking coffee and talking all the teens walk in. They are all laughing and talking. It's so great seeing my son. Just watching him smile and seeing him happy again. It makes my heart full again. A part of me feels guilty that I have had to separate from him because of being loyal to my pack. I'm not going to lie if I didn't care about my pack and about being loyal I would of left everything behind just so that I can be with my son and family. "Well it's about time you all got here. A little slow are we, maybe I need to train harder starting tomorrow morning, I think one day off is too much." "Awwwww come on" They all say in unison and my son just chuckles.  "Well all of you should sit down. We have to tell you something." "Well first of Jake It is nice to finally meet you. As I have heard a great deal of you. So with that being said I believe it's time to welcome you into the pack. Let's go to my office to fill out the paperwork and get you registered into our pack and Josh you come in as well."

Rebbie

    Well ladies I'm out of here. I have to get home and see my parents and let them know I'm still alive. "Ok Rebbie see you later, don't forget we have fittings my house today at like 4:30." "Ok ladies see you then."  I head out the door and start walking home. I have never really paid attention to guys. But I have to say that Jake is so hott. His eyes are like a dark green emerald. His dark hair so nicely faded and long enough on top to run your hands through it. His build is like a body builder. He looks so good, like he came out of a magazine or a movie. Oh man I better stop myself. He is just so attractive. I thought Matt was hott but Jake has him beat by a long slide. I know I act all tough and stuff but deep down I want to find my mate. I want to feel that love and feel that I'm pretty. Not feel like I'm just some bad ass warrior and that I don't want a family. I see my parents together and see how much love they have for each other and it makes me want to find that special someone. I always hear when Julie crushes on Jeff but dated David who ended being a douche. Crystal well she dated Michael but hasn't really shared much about what happened between them. I do know that he cheated on her and treated her badly but to what extent she will never share.  I feel like I have a pull towards him. I am definitely attracted to him. I would love to get to know him more. Who knows maybe he will be my forever mate.  

     I get home and see my parents they are just sitting there talking and drinking their tea. I go in the fridge and grab the lemonade and grab a glass and pour myself a drink. Then I sit on the chair and grab some cookies and just sit there and eat them and drink my lemonade. "What's up kiddo. What's on the agenda today?"  " Oh just dress fitting later on today for the ball." "Oh nice, anything else on your mind kiddo? "Oh nothing really. Well we did get a new member today. Josh's son Jake. He is very handsome. And well there is something about him that I just can't quite put together. I feel this pull towards him that I can't explain yet." "Well my dearest the moon goddess knows what she does and when she does it. We don't always know when its going to happen but when it does its well worth the wait." "Ya i guess your right. Well I think that I will go for a walk. I have some time to kill anyways. Thanks dad. your the best."
