    Jeff and I have been training all morning.  He keeps going on and on about Julie. I wish those two would get together already. They are driving me nuts. I totally can't wait until this ball. Because if those two are destined mates it would make my life so much more peaceful. I swear if it's not him talking about her It's her talking about him. They both always want to know what each other is doing. Then they always complain about each others partners. I swear when Julie was dating David all I heard was on how they should not be dating and they should not be together. Then when Jeff was dating some girl all I heard was how he should not be dating that girl. Man I swear they both should of dated each other. I hate being in the middle of those two. Then one minute they are like the best of friends and then they want to kill each other. Never a peaceful moment with those two.

     Now here I am all lonely with no mate. The moon goddess hasn't paired me with anyone yet.  I've been thinking about Rebbie a lot. She is a total bad ass. She has really grown up. Those green hazel eyes are so mesmerizing. Her wild and curly brown hair is so sexy I wonder what it would be like to just grab a hold of it. But who am I kidding. It could all be just my hormones since I'm not getting any on a daily basis.  "Earth to Matt." "sorry man just spacing out." " Dude you have been spacing out like all day today what's on your mind?" " I don't know. just thinking about who my fated mate is. I still haven't found her. My wolf is getting antsy and he's starting to drive me nuts. I can't even get laid without him yelling at me about waiting. There's only so long I can wait you know. A guy has needs you know!" "Woah killer chillax I hear ya there. It's not like I have found mine yet either so I get it." " Ya true sorry for lashing out. let's go shower we have to go to town and get fitted for our suits I guess they have arrived."

    I get home and jump in the shower. I get out and go to my closet and get some khaki shorts and a nice white polo to match it. I put on my Sperry's and then look in the mirror. I put on some product on my hands, rub them together and then slick through my hair. once I'm satisfied I put on my deodorant and some cologne and off I go. I walk downstairs and as I walk out the door Jeff is ready and we start to head out. Our car is ready and out front. We start to walk towards it when I see some guy walking with Josh and Jenn. They are then joined by Crystal and Julie. Rebbie is nowhere to be seen. A part of me is relieved that she is not next to that guy whoever he is. I'm sure well know about him soon enough when we get back.  Too bad I can't say the same about Jeff he is already hitting the roof. "Who the heck is that guy and why is he close to Julie." "Relax well find out soon enough. When we get back. Let's go before we are late." I say.

    I go to the Alpha's office and we finish signing papers so that I'm registered to the pack. It helps to keep track on who are part of a pack and who may be rouges.  Were done signing papers and then he asks me "So have you found a mate yet?" "No not yet. I'm hoping that by me moving I will have a better chance of finding her."  "Just maybe. as I chuckle. You know your dad always bragged about you. He used to go and watch you train every chance he could. Then he would come back and he would tell me how you passed every test and at the top. He spoke so highly of you" "Really he did."  "Yes he did.  He had a smile so wide and his face lit up like a kid in the toy store."  "Wow I never knew he paid attention like that."  "Yes he did. He may not have of been present for you to see him but he was present from a far. And the love he has for you. He is the proudest and I can see why. Just by your auora I can feel that you are strong. I can see that you have a very good future ahead of you. And with the right mate at your side you will be destined for great things."  "Thank you Alpha I appreciate the information you have shared with me. It gives me a different outlook and the fact that not all is lost between my father and I. So thank you and I look forward to training with your warriors and becoming part of this pack." "You are welcome Jake and I look forward in seeing what you can accomplish as well as help out or pack. Have a great day and see you around."

    I leave the Alpha's office and head outside. I meet up with my dad and aunt followed by Julie and Crystal. "Hey Jake so is it finally official, Are you a part of this pack?" "Yes I am cuz yes I am." I look over and see my parents smile. They are so happy. how could I have missed this. All of a sudden Crystal jumps into my arms and says "YES!" "Now I get to have you close all the time." i laugh at the comment and Julie walks closer and gives me a hug as well and says "Welcome to the pack." Thanks guys I'm glad to be a part of one again with people my age." "Jake your mom and I are going back to the house to get your room fully ready for you now that you are moved back. It's so good to have you home son."  "Hey dad can you and I go have dinner tonight? We need to catch up on some things." "Yes son we can. How about you go and wonder around get familiar with the place and say meet back at the house at about 4:30. We can go out to dinner and get some stuff for your room as well." "Sounds like a plan dad. See ya later." "See ya later Julie and I are going to raid the kitchen for a snack well catch up later" "You got it cuz. See ya."

    I start to walk around. I get to the forest line. I take my clothes off and shift. I start running through the forest and my wolf Logan is happy and howling. He loves to be free just like me.  "There are good things that will happen to us. I can feel it"  "I hope so because it has been going on to long." As I am running the feeling of the earth between my paws and the air that hits my face. It feels so good. It's not that i haven't shift. It's just that I have been on patrol for so long. Not really getting out and just being me. No fun and not a lot of people to talk to. This just feels more like freedom then a job. I finally reach a clearing and it's beautiful. I shift back and get dressed. I am sitting on this beautiful rock just taking in the view. It's so beautiful the way the waterfalls glistened in the sun.. The peacefulness that it brings.  I start to think about what the Alpha told me today. About my father's actions. I never knew. I was so used to him being a hard ass when we were younger that I thought he only cared about appearances. That he only wanted the strong and I was putting so much pressure on myself in trying to be the best that I was loosing myself. I then was starting to hold a grudge on my aunt and uncle because I thought they were being selfish. I had it all wrong this whole time. The fact that he was watching from afar and hearing how proud he was changes everything on how I'm feeling. I have a lot to sort out and when we get together tonight I hope to iron everything out.  I will tell him everything I have felt for so long. I need to get it all out so that it does not eat me up anymore. My aunt told me that I am special and that one day I will see just how special I am. She told me that I am not a regular wolf with beta blood but a special one that not even my parents know. 

    She would know right. I mean she is from the moon goddess herself so she must know what she is talking about. She would always talk to me because she felt how I feel. She knows the battles I have been dealing with in my heart and mind. She didn't say anything to my father because it was something I needed to do myself. So she kept the secret for me but said the time will come I have to tell my father. That time will be soon. I was so deep in thought when I heard some twigs break. Someone is here..
