“So what next?” Arya asked Daevon tiredly.

“Don't you know we need her so the unspoken bad prophecy would be evaded”

she pressured more looking into his eyes pleadingly.

“I just can't go ahead with all of these….I mean I detest their race,I don't see myself wedding her” Daevon replied back strongly.

“They're all the same….. never to be trusted” he continued.

“She's your mate brother…. you both are destined to be together” Arya pushed.

“Destiny? Destiny is a funny word” Daevon replied casually not ready to give in to Arya's demands.

“I heard you went out to the human world to check her out….her name's Emma right?” Arya asked her eyes scanning him confidently.

“Where did you hear such things from…. you are becoming so nosey, I didn't raise you to be like this….” Daevon said trying to defend himself.

“Ohh chill bro….I know everything happening in and out of crystal realm, I mean someone's gotta watch your back….I gat you” Arya said smiling as she assured her brother.

“Soooooooo what's she like?ohhh I bet she's pretty right?” Arya asked teasingly.

“Jeez you really know how to be nosey” Daevon said trying so hard to hide his smile.

“She's pretty I guess” he replied biting his lower lip.

“Then it's settled you would wed her” Arya said sharply.

“No It would never happen” Daevon replied strongly.

“Brother please..…”Arya said pleadingly as she was already moved to tears.

“Then at least if not for your sake, do it for your people's sake……do it for crystal realm brother” Arya said her eyes already puffy.

“I mean…. it's been years already since mum died, just forgive and forget the past so we could move on and save crystal realm” she blurted out in tears.

“Could you stop all of these?” Daevon asked, now feeling bad for making his sister tear up.

“Okay….tell you what, I would get married to her, only because I love my people and also because I love my baby sis very much…..I can't bear to see you cry pup” Daevon said affectionately as he hugged her.

“I love you too big bro” Arya replied happily.

“Sooooooooo what are we having for dinner this evening big bro?” she asked excitedly peering into his eyes.

“I would have the omegas bring in some freshly picked berries from the forest” Daevon replied smiling back at his sister.

“Ohhh the omegas works so hard and they're very diligent in assisting with chores in the pack house….. even as they hold the lowest rank in the pack….I admire their diligence” Arya blabbed happily.

“Yes I agree dear…. everyone in crystal realm are good people and as their Alpha I would make sure no harm comes their way” Daevon assured strongly as he gave Arya a warm hug.

“Would you join me for the match tonight?”Arya asked hesitatingly.

“You never have time for me, you are always busy….I had this talk with you today because I said I was sick, which I wasn't” Arya said sadly her eyes looking unhappy.

“As the Alpha of our werewolf pack, my days are always hetic and cumbersome…you understand that don't you pup?” Daevon asked affectionately.

“Yes I do but, once in awhile make out time for me…. you are my only surviving family member” Arya said slowly with a glimpse of sadness in her voice.

“I'm so sorry pup for neglecting you…I would make it up to you tonight by going to watch the match with you” Daevon announced smiling.

“Awwww I love you so berry much big bro!!”Arya shouted joyfully.

“Berry?”Daevon asked surprisingly.

“Yea it's just a new word girls my age use”she replied cheerfully.

“All these kids of nowadays” Daevon sighed.

“So tonight's match is between who and who?” Daevon asked interested.

“The Gamma second son would be fighting against the Beta only son…for me, I think the Gamma son would win because the Gammas are the warriors in our pack although they're the 3rd ranked werewolves in the pack while the Beta is the second in command after you my big bro who's the Alpha and leader of our pack”Arya narrated in excitement.

“Alright we would definitely find out who would win tonight….go freshen up and prepare for the match while I round up some important issues with the werewolves council” Daevon instructed.

“Okay see ya later tonight” she replied happily.

“Hey pup…. you look so beautiful tonight in your casual wear” Daevon told Arya teasingly as she decended from the stairs.

“Big bro stopppp itttttt.….” Arya replied smiling and grinning from ear to ear.

“I just put on my lip gloss, that's all…this is how I basically dress everyday”she defended.

“Let's get going pup, don't wanna be late…do we?” Daevon asked rhetorically.

“Wowww I never knew tonight's match would be so crowded” Arya exclaimed excitedly.

“Well my people really do know how to spend their evenings” Daevon said in bewilderment.

“Well everyone in crystal realm sure knows how to have fun….. unlike some people” Arya said mockingly with a smirk on her lips.

“I'm a busy Alpha pup” Daevon said calmly with his hands in his pocket.

“I bet you are” Arya said sizing him up while smiling.

“It's only a matter of time before you get recognized, here put on this face cap……l want this night to be peaceful and enjoyable for you” she said tenderly.

“When would the match start?” Daevon asked feeling bored.

“Relax bro, the match normally doesn't start until the red moon comes out and it's at it's peak” Arya explained patiently.

“Don't worry the red moon would soon be out in no time” Arya assured lightly.

“Let me go get us some popcorn….. be right back in a jiffy” she said hurriedly.

“Alright pup” Daevon said huskily while taking a gaze at the wrestling ring.

“I'm back!!” Arya announced smiling cheerfully.

“I got you chocolate flavoured while I got for myself vanilla flavoured…. you would love yours” she said delightfully.

“I bet i would pup” Daevon smiling.

“Finally the match is about to start” Daevon announced surprisingly in an excited tone.
