Alexander sat back and watched Rosella walking around the bar counter. He was pleased and felt kind of relief. He had made her smile and held a civil conversation with her, on the same day. Perhaps, that was an excellent start for him. After all, the connection has to come first. He felt like a teenager again, trying to win over a girl he had a crush on. He never had a proper connection with anyone in the past few years, except for business connections. By the time his drink was gulped down, he was feeling better. A lot better from what he felt when she was rude to him just an hour ago. Rosella agreed to get a ride from Alexander only because it always creeps her out to walk at night.
