It was much warmer. He wrapped me in a bath towel and carried me out of the bathroom, then helped me put on my pajamas on a chair and started wiping my hair with another towel. The air was so quiet, no one intended to speak. I closed my eyes and leaned against the chair, feeling tired. "Don't sleep just yet. You can sleep after your hair is dried," he said, a lot less angrier than he was before. I didn't say anything, just kept my eyes closed, taking a rest. After a long time, he started blowing my hair with a hairdryer. This moment was so harmonious and beautiful, too beautiful to be true. "Lacey!" Dylan said as the sound of the hairdryer stopped. I opened my eyes and looked at him with my sleepy eyes. He held me in his arms and said in a low voice, "Let's go downstairs together!"
