Lucas wandered around searching for Piper but there was no trace of her. He even went as far as going to the Whitneys’ residence, but she was no where to be found. He started to panic, thinking of how to face Asher; and blaming himself for asking her to go after Teresa. After contemplating on what to do, he went to look for Amil; she was the only one he could think of seeking guidance from at that point. After searching for Amil for almost an hour, he found her at a park roaming around with a fellow ghost.
“Amil,” he called out, and she went to him.
“Oh, it’s Lucas,”
“Amil, there is a problem.”
“What happened to Piper again?” she asked.
“I’m glad you could already tell. Piper is gone, she disappeared. It’s unlike last time, this time I can’t even figure anything out,”
“You’ve to tell me how it happened so I can understand you better,” she said, and they appeared in a more private place to talk.
He explained everything to her leaving nothing behind, and she rolled her eyes for a moment trying to sum it all up.
“If that woman can see ghosts as you assumed, it’s either she has a special foresight like Mr. Asher, or she is possessed by an evil spirit,” Amil said, and Lucas looked at her.
“Do you think she might be possessed?” he asked.
“If that’s the case, and Piper really went after her, and vanished right after. That’s our best option. Human that are possessed by evil spirts are more dangerous than evil sprits themselves.”
“What do we do now? How do we confirm that and save Piper?”
“Nothing is certain yet,”
“Come on, we’ve to act fast,” he urged.

Asher wandered around in his room tirelessly, no matter how he try to keep calm, he could feel that Piper is in danger and he can’t stop blaming himself for not being able to help. There is nothing he could do to help her even when she needs him. At a point, be thought of dying for a while so he could do something for her; but there is no way that’s going to work.
He heard a knock on the door and was informed that he has a guest, before he could utter a word, Michael barged in.
“Man, you’re a sly. You didn’t think of your guy when you returned,” Micheal said, and sat on his couch.
“Man, a lot of things happened. No, I mean a lot have been happening to me lately,”
“Split it buddy, I’m your man,”
“Do you love fantasy?”
“Fantasy, in what stance?”
“Anyone,like movies or stories,”
“Of course, there was a reason why vampire diaries is my all time favorite,” Micheal said, already interested.
“Then I want you to recommend one for me, not about vampires, but ghosts,”
“Ghosts?” Micheal repeated.
“Yeah, ghost. I want to learn about ghosts,”
“Is there a reason ?”
“I just love to,”
“Man, what kind of people did you associate with during your little adventure?”
“Ghosts,” Asher replied.
“Ghosts?” Micheal repeated, unable to hide his laughters.
“That’s the point, buddy. There is very little I can do, and there is no one I can share anything with,”
“Man, what’s bothering you?” Micheal asked, obviously concerned.
“Would you believe me if I tell you I can see ghosts?” Asher asked, ready to share everything with Micheal.
“No!” Micheal blurted, laughing out loud, and Asher shakes his head, “What’re you getting at man?” he asked, still laughing.
“That’s the point, buddy, that’s why I want to watch something relating to ghosts. I want to understand why human can see ghosts, and the impact they have to the ghosts. I want to understand all about ghost,”
“Why‘rē you suddenly interested?” Micheal asked, and Asher let out a sigh, “I understand you, buddy. You’re probably hurt because you haven’t moved on from your last breakup. Go get dressed man, let’s party tonight,” Micheal said, and Asher let out a sigh.
“I’ll pass,”
“Man, I don’t know if this will make you feel better; but would you believe Olivia started dating Axel after you left ?” Micheal said, and Asher looked at him wondering how that will ever make him feel better.
“How do you expect that to make me feel better?”
“Wow. You aren’t even affected. Anyways, back to your question. It should make you feel better because it means it might not be that she failed to differentiate between you two, it might simply means she was cheating on you even before you broke up. With that being said, there might still be hope for you to find a lady that a differentiate between the both of you,” Micheal concluded and Asher let out a sigh, wondering how he got along with Micheal all these years.
“Well, I guess I already found a lady that I’m attracted to,”
“Who? The ghost ?” Micheal teased, and Asher looked at him,” I got you there, bro,” he added, laughing out loud.
“Micheal, get out!” Asher lashed, already pissed.
“You’re coming with me, or I keep pestering you here,”
“What have I ever done to deserve a friend like you?”
“A lot of good deeds, of course,”
“I bet you meant the opposite,”
“Man, leave that. Cherry and I broke up,”
“As expected, your relationship lasted long enough,”
“I actually thought she was the one,” Michael said.
“You had same thought since middle school
“Nah, I meant it with Cherry. I really plan to settle with her,”
“You used that line after you broke up with Gloria in middle school, so now get out of my room!” Asher snapped, and dragged Micheal out of the room, shutting the door behind him.
“Man, Asher, buddy! Open this door else it’s over between us!” Micheal shouted, hitting the door.
“I’m glad to hear that from you, I’m sick of our friendship already Asher said, letting out a sigh.
“You can’t be free from me, buddy, I’ll be back
“Gosh, I must have done a bad deed in the past,” he muttered, and laid down flat, thinking about Piper.

Olivia received a call from a friend, and drove off. After her last encounter with Axel and Kira the other day, she couldn’t figure out how she made such mistake with the twins again. She met Axel first in Sweden, and got attracted to him immediately but when she met Asher at a friendly gathering, he approached her first and she mistook him for the man she met in Sweden. They didn’t talk about their first encounter, but she couldn’t control herself from falling for him all over until she realized that they were different. Dating Asher wasn’t bad expect from his allergy to her favorite drink; but she could still endure that. Their relationship was doing fine until she mistook Axel as him, that was when her heart realized where it really belongs. Meeting Asher here, and mistaking him for Axel confused her because everything about him makes her heart flutter; confusing her again. She felt like her heart is in a confused state, unsure of who it yearns for.

She arrived at her destination and her friend embraced her warmly. After sharing friendly gestures, they proceed to chattering, they talked about few things until her friend mentioned Asher.
“I heard that Asher is getting engaged to Kira Lydia said, and Olivia looked at her.
“Who’s Kira?”
“One of the Brants’ princess. Don’t tell me you don’t know the Brants’ family,”
“How do you know that Asher is getting engaged to her?”
“It’s from an insider. Remember, I’m friends with a mutual friend to of one the Brants’ princess,”
“Is that all?” Olivia asked, scoffing.
“It’s true, girl, he even went on a date with her. A beautiful date at one her the Brants’ resorts Lydia said, grabbing Olivia’s attention with that. She instantly remembered the golden card she saw, and the business card.
“How is that possible?” she muttered, her voice barely audible; but Lydia was able to hear.
“What isn’t possible between conglomerates? Right after canceling his wedding, and breaking up with you, another woman was arranged for him,” Lydia said, but Olivia was absentminded.
Olivia started to think of the possibility of her assumptions, and remembered Mr. Ryder visit to Axel collide with his sudden mood swing afterwards. Which only implies that Axel was the one who went on that date.
“That Kira, where is she now?” she asked, trying to sum up her assumptions.
“She is here in Sweden friend, I heard she followed Asher here. Which means Asher is also in Sweden,” Lydia said, and Olivia finally came to a conclusion.
“Axel is the one in Sweden, Axel is the one who went on that date, which means the man I met was Axel, whom Kira thought was Asher; after all, my heart wasn’t confused,” she thought, and her face brightened up in a smile.
“Yes, yes. It was Axel,” she muttered, and Lydia looked at her confused.

Lucas and Amil tried to find Teresa and Piper, but their search proves abortive. They searched all night, and resumed the following day, and till nightfall but it still yield nothing.
“Lucas, what if that woman is not possessed? There is possibility that Piper was attacked by an evil spirit. She might be a ghost for three years, but she is very weak. The weakest ghost I’ve ever known,” Amil said, and Lucas eyes widened.
“The long awaiting is here,” they heard a vice echo.
“Who is that?” Lucas asked, looking around.
“That’s it, it’s an evil spirit,” Amil said, already alerted.
“It’s time to pay the ransom for your friend,” they heard, and Lucas instantly understood where the voice was heading.
“Show yourself!” he shouted.
“Hi,” they heard someone say behind them —they turned around surprised to see it’s Teresa.
“Teresa Lucas called, and Amil eyes widened.
“Run, she is possessed!” Amil shouted, and teleported away, leaving Lucas dumbfounded.
“I believe we have a score to settle, Mr. Ghost,” Teresa said.
“You…., you a see me?” Lucas said in fear.
“That shouldn’t be the question,” she said.
“Piper, where is Piper?” he inquired.
“She is under a b*****e that only human can break. Tell me the location of the treasure, and I’ll let your friend go,” she said, smirking evilly.
