Piper and Andrea turned around in surprise to see Kaila.
“Kaila.” Andrea called.
“Why are you two wandering around ?” Kaila asked, with a smile.
“Kaila.” A woman called.
“Mummy.” Kaila called all smiles.
Andrea and Piper eyes widen in surprise by how innocent Kaila acts.
“Come here darling, let’s go.” Her mother said, and held her hand. “Look at you sweating.” Her mother said patting her hair.
“Wow. Who could have thought she could be a sweet teenager.” Andrea said.
“Andrea, we should go after her, and return the bracelet.” Piper said.
“Oh, yeah. We should.” Andrea said, in realization.
They both searched around, but couldn’t find Kaila anywhere again.
“Oh, I can’t believe we lost her.” Andrea whined.
“You can’t find her, else she wants to reveal herself to you.” They heard a voice from behind, they turned around and saw a female ghost, licking a stick candy. “Hi, I’m Amalia, but I prefer being called Amil.”
“Amil can’t even be derived from Amalia.” Andrea said, with a scoff
“I have heard enough of that.” Amalia said, and turned in anger.
“Wait, do you know how we can find Kaila?” Piper asked, and Amalia turned around with a smile.
“Yes, but we can’t locate her house else she wants us to.” Amalia replied.
“What ? What do we do then ?” Piper whined.
“Try harder.” Amalia said dancing around.
“Why is she dancing? Like this is a dance floor?” They heard a little girl of around 5-year-old said behind them. They all turned around in amusement, and saw the little kid licking a stick of candy.
“Hey, seems like you can see us.” Amalia said.
“And why shouldn’t I see you ?” The kid asked back.
“You are such a smart kid, just go play ok, there are somethings you shouldn’t see.” Andrea said.
“I like you, kid. Give me your candy, mine is finish.” Amalia said, and threw the stick away.
“No.” The kid shouted.
“Why? Bring it.” Amalia said, and forcefully collected it from the kid, who started crying.
“Amalia, you shouldn’t have done that.”
“Grace, why are you crying ?” They heard a woman asked walking close to them.
“Mummy, she collected my candy.” The kid cried, pointing at Amalia.
Her mother looked around confused, and few people attention drawn to them.
“Come on baby, let’s go. There is more in the car.”

The three ghosts left the place, wandering around the street.
“Why did you collected the kid’s candy ?” Piper asked.
“Hey, I was just kidding around. “Amalia defended.
“Kidding around, while stealing things from the weak.” Piper said, with a glare.
“Come on, stop nagging me.” Amalia whined.
“Shouting around like that will make people think you are insane.” They heard a young boy say.
Piper and Andrea looked at him with wide eyes.
“Can you also see us ?” Andrea asked.
“Yes of course, don’t get too excited, I’m also a ghost.” The boy replied, and Amalia laughed.
“Denis, what are you up to ?” Amalia asked.
“Amil, come with me.” Denis said, and held her hand.
“See you, guys.” Amalia shouted, and disappeared.
Piper let out a sigh. “What do we do now ? We lost our chance of returning the bracelet.”
“There is always another chance.” Andrea said.
“Anyways, we are leaving tomorrow.” Piper said, and Andrea let out a sigh.
They walked around talking about random stuffs until it’s late at night, and they cross path with an evil spirit.
“Gosh, an evil spirit again.” Piper whined.
“Oh, you shouldn’t be wandering around if you are such a cry baby.” The evil spirit mocked, aiming at them.
Piper managed to hid behind Andrea, and they saw a flying metal pierced the evil spirit in a vital spot. The evil spirit screamed, and faded away. Andrea and Piper turned around, and saw Amalia.
“I told you I’d be back, guys.” She said, and they ran to her.
“Amalia.” They called, embracing her. But she pushed them away.
“Amil.” She shouted, and they both laughed, rolling their eyes.
Amalia lead them to the rooftop she stay, and they all sat there all night chattering.
“Who was that young boy ?” Andrea asked.
“He is Denis, a friend I met a year ago. He is like a cute little brother.”
“Where does he stay ?”
“In the cemetery, next to his grandmother’s grave.”
“Oh, and his ?”
“Beside his grandmother.” Amalia said, with a chuckle.
They chatted about other things all night, and the next day they tried to locate Kaila house, and found it.
“Wow, she must have been expecting you.” Amalia said.
“The house is so big.” Andrea said, admiring the house.
“Yeah, Kaila is always a blessing to any family she is birthed into.”
“Wow.” Piper and Andrea exclaimed.
“Although, the Chairman has been wealthy before, but he becomes more wealthy by ten thousand folds.”
“Wow.” They exclaimed with wide eyes.
“You guys should wait around, see her when she comes out. We located this place because she was expecting you. I will say my goodbye from here.” Amalia said.
“Why so soon ?” Piper asked.
“I can tell that you guys are strangers around here and based on your conversation, you are only here to see Kaila, and will leave right after. I can’t see Kaila, because I got in her bad side the last time we met.” Amalia said, and winked. “I’m off, bye.” With that she disappeared.
“Bye.” They waved at the air.
“Looks like I have guests.” They heard Kaila said from behind.
“Kaila.” They both called.

Kaila lead them to her room, and they started looking around, the room is so beautiful, designed in all pink, it fit in the description of a fairly princess room.
“Wow, I love your room.” Andrea said, dancing around, and jumped on the bouncing bed
“Why didn’t you go to school today ?” Piper asked.
“I have an appointment with my doctor today.”
“What? Are you sick ?” Piper asked.
“Yes, I have to leave this room soon, but I will make sure my next room is more beautiful. The room color is too tacky. “
“Oh!” They lamented.
Andrea returned the bracelet to her, and she collected it with a smile.
“I left it behind because I want you two to find me. I want to give you a gift for helping me locate the evil spirt that has been causing me to remain here.”
“Oh, a gift.” Andrea said.
“Andrea I’m sorry to disappoint you, but the gift won’t directly go to you, because you are leaving soon and there is nothing much you can do, but your family will be blessed by ten folds.” Kaila said, and Andrea eyes widen.
“That is the best you could do for me, I’m leaving them behind soon, and I have been really worried.”
“Don’t worry, you will witness it before you leave.”
“Thank you so much, Kaila.” Andrea said, in gratitude.
“And you, you are my main target.” Kaila said, and Piper looked at her.
“I saved you both from wasting your time while looking for that old man, he traveled to afterlife and won’t be back for a while.”
“What? To afterlife ?” They both shouted.
“It’s just a short while, he has to lead some spirits to afterlife. I don’t have to explain all that to you.” Kaila said.
“Kaila, how will you help me?”
“Compared to other ghosts, do you know why you don’t possess a lot of energy, ?” Kaila asked.
“No.”
“Because you are not fully a ghost yet. But you have been wandering around for almost three years.” Kaila said, and Andrea eyes widen.
“Wait! I don’t understand why I’m not fully a ghost?” Piper asked confused.
“You are still alive, friend.” Andrea said, and Piper was still confused, but her eyes brighten with possibilities.
“You are alive, but in coma, if you don’t recover before your ghost time is up, you will die completely. So, the choice is left to you.” Kaila said.
“Kaila, please, how can I recover?”
“That’s left to you. But, as Kaila, a 13-year-old teenager, I will advise you to find a human who can see ghosts to help you. Only someone who has the power to communicate with both ghosts and human can help you.”
“Asher.” Piper muttered, her voice barely audible.
