Tiara nodded, “Yeah, he can be scary but I’ll let you in on something… he wants to see you go home to your mommy too.” She quickly glanced up at Zach and gave him a glare, daring him to interfere then softened her gaze as she looked back down at the frightened child, “A promise is a promise. I’ll show you a path that leads directly to where your mommy is waiting on you. All you have to do is follow it… okay?”
The girl looked up at Tiara and timidly nodded. “Kay,” she answered sweetly.
