The ride home was dreadful, he hadn't said a thing all way home. I just watched him as he tightened his hold on the steering wheel and his whitened knuckles. Lia had been a joyful bubble all ride long and I had to entertain her million questions about this and that. He would look at me for a second shake his head and continue driving. The minute we got home he was out the car Lia in tow and I was left in the car. I got off and made my way inside to be met with the men who had brought Anna. Security??? He had to be kidding me! Just entering the living room to meet Finn and Anna huddled up, something was up. I went upstairs after interrupting them only to have a pink look on Anna as a blush appeared. I made my way into my room where Lia was giggling at something Tony had said. Lia immediately woke from the bed and left us,before she left she had given me a quick peck.
"So you ran halfway across town to meet that Austin guy? Are you two...a thing now?" Asked a whole raging Tony. What nerve did he have to be asking the question?? I just stood there watching him come closer.
"I do repeat myself again here Tony,I have a right to do whatever or be with whomever I want okay?'he had done it going off accusing me. I was angry at him,how dare he?
'Is that so Mica?',and with that the small distance between was closed with a single stride. He had me up against a wall too near me to drain my breath away. I was gonna have an attack from the rapid breathing and what got to me most was the fact that he was grinning, he knew. The bastard knew the effect he had on me and with each passing minute my anger subsided leaving me staring at his lips . I was anticipating him to kiss me already,what was taking him so long? He moved even closer and how that was possible was beyond me. Tilted his head and all I could hear was his breathing which seemed rapid. As I shut my eyes to welcome him for what seemed like a minute,I didn't miss his giggling as he left me in the room. I should have known better than this,I kept repeating as I entered the conjoined bathroom for a long shower.
Tony had gone to the other room for a long cold shower and soon his anger had revived. He had been tempted to show her who she really belong to and have her begging for him but he needed to think first. It would have worked only if it didn't affect him first,he wanted her. So bad it actually drove him crazy any time he was near her,he was going to lose it if he didn't touch her. She was irresistible and the years they had been apart had driven him beyond madness,he was going to have her but now things needed to be considered. First there was a call from the investigator he had hired to find Lisa confirming what he had known all along,someone had helped her escape and cover her tracks. Second there was the Austin guy or green eyes as Lisa would call him,there was something off about him and he needed to find out. Thirdly, a black Mercedes had been located near the house several times and he needed to know why. They would be leaving for Venice the morning after and he needed things cleared before he confronted Alisa
