I stared at Jillian as she walked through the school gate, her hair fluttering in the light breeze. As soon as she took a couple of steps, her head lifted towards me. I had called her this morning, asking her to meet me at the rooftop. And I've been standing right here for the past thirty minutes, impatiently waiting for her to arrive. Even from this distance, I could see the way her ice-blue eyes brightened when they connected to mine. She gave me a soft smile and quickened her steps towards the blocks of classrooms. The wait for her to climb the steps to me seemed to drag on forever. I stood right beside the door and as soon as it burst open, I gripped her wrist and pulled her into my embrace. A soft gasp left her mouth at my sudden actions and I took that opportunity to kiss her
