REBUILDING

Now Black eagle walked through the dark night with the hope that the carriage made it to the safe camp. The loud silence of the night and his engulfing thoughts only made Him worry more. Did they make it ?

Was the prince alive and in one piece? These were the question that disturbed his mind and slow down his weak and worn out body. His wounds were still untreated. He could not risk stopping to rest before more Elf follow up on his trail. He had to make sure he wasn't being followed. He finally got to the safe camp which was several miles away from the death valley. The immediate safe camp was set up by one of the HUGIN's allies , Hill-bridge.

This was suppose to be a temporary safe haven for the prince. since word of the attack on Hugin spread really fast , they were informed of the arrival of the prince when the attack started. The safe camp was formed at the outskirt of the town.

It include a tent of royalty for the prince and alot of others for soldiers who were to guide the prince. The soldiers on patrol was Black eagle approaching from far. After recognizing him, they ran to help him.

He was sent to the nurse, as it would be seen that he was so weak he could barely speak. When he regained his strength, the first thing he asked was, " Where is the prince" The nurse replied, "Don't worry about that you have to rest ". But that exactly what he did not want to hear, the was cleaning off the blood with a wet foam after dressing his wounds when black eagle hit her hand off and quickly walked out of the tent. The nurse was clearly startled. Black eagle had no shirt on and his arm down to his chest and rib were all bandaged. He saw two soldier outside and walked up to them. With his arora that command obedience, he questioned authoritatively , " where is the Prince?". But to his surprise one of the soldiers just simply gave off hilarious comment, " And what is a common imbecile like you asking that for ???? ". The two soldiers all burst into laughter??. After the laughter, it was just silence, black eagle was burning with rage so much that metaphorically the air became dense, the temperature began to rise..... And just before the volcano of anger erupted, another soldier who was clearly a combat superior came in haste and said yelling at the two soldiers, " What do you think you are doing you morons". " Don't you fools know who that is" ,he asked again.

The combat superior quickly turn to black eagle and said in a completely humbled tone, " General, I am truly sorry for the disrespect shown, they shall be shown no mercy, The black eagle what do request?" . Giving off a slight bow. On hearing" The Black eagle" the two soldiers fell their knees with their head down and said, " General superior, we are sorry sir".

Black eagle's attention was moved to the combat superior as he asked, " where is the prince?". Without anymore time wasted Black eagle was taken to the royal tent. Black eagle entered the tent to see a group of royal maids cleaning. "All of you leave" he ordered. With haste they disappeared, he went to the inner part and saw Dina and the prince. Dina rushed and hugged him. That was literally the most unexpected thing to do but strange black eagle did not react. After some seconds he cleared his throat to give out a sense of uncomfort. Dina quickly let go , looking down she said strumming, "I....I am.... Sorr..y....s..ir that was uncalled for ". " Don't worry" he said calmly. " How is the Prince " he asked ? "He had a slight fever but the maids helped me to treat it , the prince just needs more rest" , Dina answered. She continued, " but sir you are in a totally bad shape, sit , let me help you now ". Black eagle was about to protest when he felt a sharp pain through his back. He agreed, besides he finally felt he had done his primary duty to keep the prince safe. Now the next thing he knew he had to do was to rebuild the HUGIN empire because how would Prince Wilson be king without an empire to rule.
