Jake was surprised to see that they were having a party when he got to his parents house.
"They forgot about me all day and here they are partying it up." Jake thought to himself.
Well, not a party per se.
More like a small gathering with drinks and alot of food.
It didn't really matter what they were doing anyways, what matters was that they were together.
Jake smiled as he entered into the house.
If he was a bit pouty before, he wasn't any longer because of the big smile on Zoey's face.
The way she smiled the moment she saw him come inside.
"You're here." Zoey said to him once he came inside and he smiled as he nodded in response.
"How was work today?" Zoey asked him and he chuckled.
"It was great." He lied.
"It wasn't great because I didn't get to see you." He thought
