Jake was going to be busy for the next few days and so, Anna had invited Aiden and Zoey over.
Jake had been so pouty and jealous when his mother invited Zoey over.
He knew that even if he was busy, he would still be able to see Zoey when he returned home from work but if she was over at his parent's home, he wouldn't be able to see her.
But he also knew that it was his mother's ploy to bring him home for a few days.
Other than Zoey who was completely oblivious, everybody else knew about his undying crush on her.
"We'll be leaving now." Anna said to Jake who was still pouty.
"Don't miss me too much." Aiden has teased Jake who simply scoffed.
"Why don't you go with us?" Zoey had to just to Jake who shook his head in response.
"I can't, I've got work." Jake said with a pout.
