BLAZE  Tss. Where the hell is Ashton? He’s taking too f*****g long outside. I exhale, slow and sharp, rolling my shoulders back as I glance at the meal I just finished. It’s not much. Just something I threw together, more out of habit than anything else. I don’t even know why I f*****g bothered. I don’t cook. I don’t do this domestic s**t. But somehow, I ended up here, standing over a half-assed meal like it means something. Like it fills the space that’s been hollow for weeks. No one’s been eating together lately. No one’s been here. The house has felt empty for weeks. Colt and Nic are off doing whatever the hell they do when they don’t want to be found. Ashton comes and goes, chasing leads, bringing back scraps of information that don’t f*****g mean anything. And Luther— Tch.
