"Huh?"
"Just, come downstairs about two hours from now we'll be having a movie night" Said Tye as he slammed the door shut. That has gotta hurt. Poor door.
I walked up to the door and pushed and pulled it a little just to make sure it wasn't broken. When I come to think of it, I check everything to make sure they're not broken, for the past few hours these werewolves have been handling things so agressively around here that I was starting to think that this house would crumble to the floor one day. Not forgetting the part where I almost barfed upon seeing a male sink his teeth into a girls neck earlier.
Did Elara witness all of this. This has gotta be why she ran away. But hot men everywhere? There is definitely another reason why she ran away.
Pfft yeah. As if a sane person would run away from such luxury.
I sighed and sat on the bed while I stared off into nowhere. I've been sighing a lot lately being bored since Caelum left to attend to some business. A little part of me hoped that he isn't that busy all the time. And another little part of me thinks otherwise, because only then will I be able to make cupcakes in peace.
Speaking of.
Everyone is outside preparing for a grand gathering aka movie night. Aaaand they're not in the kitchen to the far back of the castle, before your imagination wonders I only know where to get food in this place, nothing else. I licked my lips as I bounced out of the bedroom and into the hall
Ooh cupcakes here I come. I'm so hungry and I miss them so much, it has been years!
Upon making my way around the turn I was met with the generals.
"Hello your m-"
"Save your breath I'm busy" I said as I placed my whole hand over Jonah's face silencing him while I pushed him out of the way
"She's gotten so, weird" Replied Ace moving out of the way as I continued down the stairs
"Comes with the body twinkle toes" I replied. Aren't they supposed to be at the meeting with Caelum. What are they doung here. Ha I know for sure that they're not babysitting me because I am a normal responsible mature woman. Baby shark do do do do do do....
I wonder how many do's make up the first line......
I made my way into the kitchen and peeked down both corridors before closing the kitchen door and locking it.
What I'm possessive over my cupcakes
At this point there was so much mess in the kitchen after I slid the second pan of mixture into the over that I choked upon seeing the mess I had created. Wiping the bead of sweat from my forehead I huffed and started to clean this place. I looked at the time to see that I had seventy more minutes until that movie night thingy started. Well, I better start moving faster.
After putting away everything I came across some chocolate sprinkles as well as chocolate and decided that I'd make my cupcakes extra extra special.
Finally from chaos, order. From ugliness, beauty. From basic ingredients and an oven, cupcakes.
"Come to mama" Was my last words before I started to stuff my face
I licked my lips as I opened my mouth ready to clash with the last warm delicate fluff of heaven only to be stopped when the handle for the door started rattling.
"Huh what's going on here, hello. Is someone in here? " Asked a muscular voice
"No" I yelled as I smacked myself. Only to remember that I had cupcakes in that same hand. Quietly yet angryily I watched as the scrumptious brown chocolate filling slid down to my nose.
That was my last damn perfect cupcake. Angrily I snatched a towel and got rid of everything that made my face feel funny...we all knows thats a lie, Madison Square does not waste cupcakes. I ate it......then stomped over to the door opening it to see Ace standing there.
"Yes" I said as I smiled tightly through gritted teeth, allowing my eyes to twitch once in a while. He was dressed in damaged jeans and a black fitted shirt his 4 c hair low on the sides and thick n' curly on top of his chocolate face.
"We're ready- wait. Do you smell cupcakes? " He asked.
"No I don't" I said as he leaned in and sniffed me growling lowly. If my ears isn't that bad at hearing I'd say I absolutely just heard Ace say yummy
"And what do you think you're doing?" Roared a powerful yet dominant voice.
As quick as I could blink I was engulfed in warm arms.
"Ace you damn well know that you're not allowed to go sniffing what belongs to others. Especially if its mine" Growled Caelum
"Forgive me your majesty, it's just that I smelt cake or something of the sort and there are no maids in the kitchen. I came to conclusion that the queen was ba-"
"Baking?! A queen should not have such delicate hands perform such an activity" He mummered as he turned me around
Hold up a second.
"What do you mean Queen? " I asked as I tried stepping away.. Key word: tried
His blue souless eyes stared down at me as they shone with regret
"I'm sorry Darling but you don't understand I am never letting you go. Ever again. Might as well get used to it" Caelum didn't even bat an eye as he said so. I don't want to believe that he had tricked me
"Yo- you tricked me? " I asked "the goddess of pranks? "
"A goddess no, a queen, definitely" He said as he made only a bit of space between us so that he can guide me down the Hall. Now wait a minute, since when did I start to submit to him?
I wiggled out of his grip as I huffed and glared at him
"Now listen here punk, I don't know you. I've never even seen you in my life and now I decide to go easy on you and obligate to your deal and this is what you do. Let me warn you, if you keep me here and this deal is really off, I'll make your life a living hell" I threatened he didn't know that he was playing with fire, that I could summon my unicorn power to destroy him. I hope he steps on a lego
"Your threats don't faze me but I would like to see you try" He smirked as he peered down at me just that little action had my insides going crazy, oh Madison what have you gotten yourself into.
I would give anything to be taller right now
